I was a regular customer buying on average 12 disposable delta 8 carts every 2 weeks and there was always a problem. At first it was little stuff but this past order I got 15 cartridges and none of them work they are all junk. Decent oil but his cartridges are junk. It's a gamble with this man. I wasted 150 dollars I will not return
I had an issue with my coupon code and the CSR responded quickly and provided me with a new code which worked instantly and also apologized and explained they had been advised of the issue and working to fix it! I was really appreciative of them fixing my issue but more importantly the apology and explanation went a long way. You guys keep it up you have great products and customer service to match. This is my 4th order and look forward to doing business for the long haul
The legendary OG is a great sample. Flower looks good. Visible trichomes, smooth smoke, great effects. Isolate makes a great addition to dabs for more of a CBD effect. Thanks for the promo and product!

So far I've tried almost every product. Everything has been great, from the flower to the isolate. If you have questions or an issue with an order, Chris and his team will politely and promptly help you out and do their best to make sure your experience with them is a good one. 10/10
My order was complete. The products could've been labeled better. The names of the strains were written above the rip seal, so when you tear off the seals, the labels are gone. This would seem like common sense.
All i have gotten in email from them is telling me there credid card processing is messed up. I have asked if i still owe for the order and help and get no reply. I cant even find a good cs number on their site to call. This is very poor customer service imo
I placed an order on this site, everything seemed fine. But my card was charged and after several days of not seeing any updates I emailed Chris. He said, amongst the profanity and unprofessional writing, they had been having trouble with their card processor so they could not ship or refund me.
Total BS. If the process was broken they should have stopped taking cards online. And if they couldn't refund that way they should have done something else to make it right with me.
No effort in thier end at all, I wouldn't have been notified of any issue either, I had to ask.
Would recommend you take your business to someone who is actually concerned about their customers.

I stopped by the cbddy cbd store located in Greeley. I bought some cbd oil for my dog because he is old and can't hardly get up. My coworker referred me because her dog had such great results after she switched him to this brand cbd oil. I gave my dog some of the cbd oil on his food, and wow, my dog isn't youthful again but he does get up much quicker now and even wags his tail again. Thanks tremendously cbddy. This stuff is amazing

I'm a frequent shopper at CBDDY. During all the Covid crisis BS, I always got my products on time. Due to USPS not being able to deal with the winter weather, I experienced a 13 day delay in shipping. CBDDY is in Greeley, CO and I'm in Matagorda, TX. Never experienced anything like this. UPS and FedEx managed to deliver all my business transactions on time during this same time period.
If CBDDY could offer the choice of an additional shipping venue, it would be nice.
I have used the isolate powder and the 1000mg tincture. When I encountered a snag on the website finishing my order, CBDDY was quick to remedy the situation and make sure that I had what I needed. I finished up everything on a Wednesday, and had my product on my doorstep by Friday afternoon. I will never order from anyone else. Thank you all for your dedication to the customer!

Chris and he was so helpful and knowledgeable and took so much time to share all of the products from CBD tinctures, water soluble CBD, skin care, edibles (no THC), and pet CBDs. My dog Mini really needs these! Take them lime your vitamins.

We asked you to return them. You told us you were shipping back Friday 2 weeks ago. I apologize, but we were the one told you we would not sell to you any longer due to your harassing emails & 2am rants, like this 2am review after you failed to ship the product back. One would thing you’d be eager to return something that’s “junk”. We also informed you that all you need to do is prime the cart as all the other customers do as well as myself. The carts work fine, you wanted me to send you 15 carts with you not returning anything. You literally say you have a bad cart every single order. And you are the only one with this issue. It’s been two weeks, you must have vaped them because this is the rants you go on when you run out. Let’s not mention all the free ones I sent taking your word with no return leading up to you trying to say 100% didn’t work & demanding new ones without you returning them. We were all good, the moment I asked you to return them
You got belligerent & began with your shallow threats for 3 hours. Then you apologized the next day. Now you want to try it publicly in hopes to get free carts without returning the ones you are claiming 100% of don’t work. Once you return them, we’ll refund as our refund policy states.
