Ordered $600 worth of CBD products off of their website. Received in just two days with fed ex. Wow!
Many broken eyedroppers all were in a plastic bag at the top of the box with no protection.
All i have gotten in email from them is telling me there credid card processing is messed up. I have asked if i still owe for the order and help and get no reply. I cant even find a good cs number on their site to call. This is very poor customer service imo
I placed an order on this site, everything seemed fine. But my card was charged and after several days of not seeing any updates I emailed Chris. He said, amongst the profanity and unprofessional writing, they had been having trouble with their card processor so they could not ship or refund me.
Total BS. If the process was broken they should have stopped taking cards online. And if they couldn't refund that way they should have done something else to make it right with me.
No effort in thier end at all, I wouldn't have been notified of any issue either, I had to ask.
Would recommend you take your business to someone who is actually concerned about their customers.

I tried to order some full spectrum CBD distillate in syringes of 1 gram. The person who took my order said my credit card was ripe for fraud, and he couldn't run my credit card. He sent me a photo of some meter, that supposedly measured a credit cards worthiness I guess. I asked for a phone number so I could have my credit card provider call him, and see why he wouldn't accept a perfectly good credit card from a customer with an 800+ credit score, for an order just under $100, but he would not provide a phone number.
The strange thing is, I ordered 2 of the same product in January 2020, and had no problems.

Purchased a 1g syringe of CBD distillate for $25 and was harassed by the employees and told my purchase was fraud and that they didn't want to do business with me after taking my money. Asked for a refund since clearly it was not fraud and was jerked around for a whole week (probably while they received payment). Was told my order was not fraud after a week (no surprise there) and that it would be shipped shortly. After another 3-4 days I asked for a tracking number on the package and received no answer. Was finally told order would be going out and still didn't receive any tracking info and have not received my package.

Wasn't able to purchase what I wanted via credit card. Something was wrong with the system... or that was what I was told. I received an email that suggested that I send cash or put the money in a Bank of America account... seemed "fishy." I became suspicious and decided something just wasn't right!
