Seeing some of these reviews had me nervous, but both my Anarkali Suit and my Umbrella Lehenga arrived today. They are expertly stitched and they fit me perfectly. I did not use the standard sizing, but had them stitched to my measurements. They are absolutely divine. I am in love with my Umbrella Lehenga and the Arnarkali Suit is perfect for a light weight party suit. Shipping was as expected. I have learned that when buying internationally, small delays are the norm. I was surprised at how quickly these items were made and shipped, especially since many holidays fell during the making of my order. I was pleased that customs is automatically added on to the purchase price, so I didn't have to include that at a later date. I love the affordable prices of the garments by ordering direct. I was additionally pleased to find that my custom front open request was granted and done in a beautiful way that lends gorgeous accents to the outfits. Front open closures are a must for me during the infant stage. Thank you for my beautiful clothes. This order experience was pure excellence.

Just unacceptable customer service! I called them many times to let them know that i dont want any store credit instead i want my money back for the iteam that i send. I also emailed them about that but they just did what they had to, they gave me the store credit which I didn't wanted at the first place. As if they dont care about their customer wants and need! If they would I wouldn't change all the three items that i purchased from this website! Never going to suggest this website to anyone, one of the worse experience!

Ordered salwars. Colors on website are far different from original product color. Customization was fair, not great. Return policy is screwed up and against the customer. Their customer service is the poorest - every reply on online chat takes so long because the person is assisting 'other' customers; hello assist one customer at a time and give them your full attention. Customer service calls your phone at 1130 in the night! Awful experience overall

I ordered two sarees on dated 02/05/2017 from this web site for our family function. As per delivery date instructions I suppose to get delivery on 02/18/2017, and my family function is on 02/20/2017. I was so exited I can get this delivery on time and I can wear this beautiful dress. But customer service send me an email on dated 02/17/17, my order delivery date will be delayed due to some problem in production and my tentative delivery date will be between 24th- 26Feb. I was shocked and disappointed I am not able to attend my family function with that dress. So I bought another one from our local market. Worst part delivery came in on dated 02/26/2017 and came with very bad quality product, the product they describe on web site dose not match at all, very very poor quality fabric and material. So please beware from this web site they are biggest liar, dont deliver on time," DO NOT BUY " from this website. Time waste and your money and they give you free stress.

This was my first time ordering from cbazaar. I've never ordered my indian clothes online in the past. I cannot believe how cool this is. All the measurements were online. Their clothes fit like a dream. All 4 outfits were beautiful, actually better than what they looked like on the website. The tailors did a great job. Staff was very helpful and readily available via email/ messages. Getting great fitting Indian clothes sitting here in the US is awesome and I will recommend this site to anyone interested in buying pretty Indian wear.

I am not happy with the return policy of this site. They provide 5-10% of discount on most of the product, so that those products are not eligible for return. And most importantly, they provide store credits instead of money. That is called an exchange and not a return, so its high time that they should borrow a dictionary and understand the different between a return and an exchange. Will not purchase from this website ever again.

I have been calling and chatting several times regarding my credit. The first sales rep forgot to extend one of my credit and that money is now gone due to negligence at your end. Also I can't see my credit on my screen. I have gone as far as payment but still no credit appears. This is not acceptable. The credit was issued in the first place because you ran out of item had ordered. Why should I be suffering all this for my own money. I have no incentive to ever use your site again

After I placed my order a month ago, due to miscommunication, I was quite frustrated with the barrage of emails and inability to get my order processed. Hats off to Cbazaar staff for remaining patient and persistent with me until the misunderstanding was clarified. Then once they were able to process the order, they were quick and prompt in their delivery, and most of all, the spree and blouse were beautiful and very well stitched. I loved it, and would highly recommend Cbazaar to my friends. Great job!
