This is hair regrow solution, as they market! DO NOT BELIEVE" this product did not work at all, just waste of time and money. I bought 3 months supply from them, after used for almost more than 2 months, not a bit changes in my hairs! Paid $80 for the 3 months supply. As they advertised and promised to have result in 30 days for 1700 new roots in the scalp, marketing via face book and Instagram, beware those ad. Now I am sending emails to the customer service, they saying you cant get the refund, because their 30 days money back guarantee window is closed. SCAMERRS...

I ordered brand Altrai sofa and love seat (Item ID ******* & *******) on dated 11/23/18 and promised to delivered to me on 12/01/18, but received a phone call from them on 11/30/18 mention, they have fire next to their warehouse, so that they can't deliver on schedule date and gave me new deliver date of 12/11/18. But received another phone call from them on dated 12/08/18, said the same issue they cannot deliver on 12/11/18 and cannot promise me new delivery date until January, no fix date. I asked the lady I need to talk with the floor manager named Johnathan, but he never came on the phone and returning my phone calls. My credit card already been charged and I am chasing them for my refund. Finally I dispute charges with my credit card company.
The store I shop at Federal Rd, Brookfield, CT *******.
Do not use this store or any store of Ashley ''Crooks"

I ordered Staples 4Drawer Letter Size Vertical File Cabinet Putty 265Inch
Item #******* Order NUMBER: *******364, from Staples website on dated 05/06/18. And charged by credit card $85.16. Today received an email, staples cancelled my order. Spoken to sales rep, due to their fault they put wrong price on web site! Staples is not responsible for the price they offered yesterday, when I bought this. As per there supervisor named Shauna, she cant do nothing and Staples is not responsible for there own error. In the mean time my credit card charged immediately and I don't see any refund yet for my credit card charges. Staples charge me credit card and use monies, and later they will refund, what a rip off. So please be careful for there website prices! I will never order from them in future.

I ordered two sarees on dated 02/05/2017 from this web site for our family function. As per delivery date instructions I suppose to get delivery on 02/18/2017, and my family function is on 02/20/2017. I was so exited I can get this delivery on time and I can wear this beautiful dress. But customer service send me an email on dated 02/17/17, my order delivery date will be delayed due to some problem in production and my tentative delivery date will be between 24th- 26Feb. I was shocked and disappointed I am not able to attend my family function with that dress. So I bought another one from our local market. Worst part delivery came in on dated 02/26/2017 and came with very bad quality product, the product they describe on web site dose not match at all, very very poor quality fabric and material. So please beware from this web site they are biggest liar, dont deliver on time," DO NOT BUY " from this website. Time waste and your money and they give you free stress.

I ordered with this company on dated 09/15/2016 a kitchen hood, (Order # *******) as per there website product is available for shipping and they can ship 3-5 business days.
But today I received a phone call from one the rep says order is back order and they can not ship before October third week and top of it they can't guarantee to ship this tentative shipping date. At least they can inform me same day or next day, they can't ship, so that I can shop somewhere else.As per the rep my credit card not being charged, which I don't believe until I see my credit card statement (somehow I can't log to my credit card right now).
So they really misleading customer and putting false information at their website.
So be careful with this website what they said.
I hope get my money back.

Horrible, I placed the order on 08/18/2016 10:23.43AM PST. They Charged my credit card in full on 08/19/2016. I received an e mail on 08/25/2016 regarding order status update, with tracking # ATG******* estimated delivery 08/31/2016. But when I check my order status, shows nothing, but the link shows some logistic company (my seko) and their phone number *******263, when call them they said pickup attempted with ATG they don't have the product. I haven't received any call or email from ATG regarding order not ready or back order. I took a day off from my work to get this delivery, all waste of time.
Spoke to ATG customer service rep today 08-31-16, according to rep, the product is back order and not ready to ship until October "pathetic". So after all this mess I cancel my order today 08-31-16 and according to customer rep, I will get this refund 1 to 3 business days and hope fully I will get it.
My suggestion: ATG please give at-least one courtesy email to your customer's if order is delay or back order.
Please do not give any business to this company, beware they are just scammer.
