I proposed to my now fiancee a month ago and I got the ring from Catbird. Her best friend and I looked for the perfect ring in multiple places but when I saw the Violette the Swan, Supreme ring, I knew it was the one! I got the ring in white gold ring that's her favorite color for jewelry. She didn't look at the ring at first when I proposed but afterwards, she was gushing over how perfect it was
Got a lovely necklace for my sister's birthday from Catbird. It was the Diamond Spring Fairy necklace which I knew she would love because she prefers simple necklaces. Perfect gift and it was beautiful as well
Please be careful shopping at this store. Especially if you are an international shopper. They sent me the wrong item then told me there are no exchanges for the international shoppers. So disappointing and terrible customer service. Most importantly this was a very special gift.
Tip for consumers:
They should make acceptions for exchanges when they send the wrong products. Especially when they send cheaper products than what you ordered. They have a very sorry but not sorry additude. There is nothing I can do about it because I am not a US citizen. I will never shop international again. I shop frequently in other countries but I have since learned my lesson. Very upsetting also no response from Catbird since my initial email. They don't care.
Products used:
Tinsel chain white gold necklace and they sent the gold one instead. They will not exchange it because I live in Canada. It was a Christmas present/ graduation gift for my daughter. I also bought a white gold diamond pendant from a diffrent store to go with it now it doesnt match.
Catbird has the most minimalist but gorgeous jewelry that I have ever owned! They have the most beautiful earrings and necklaces that are worth the money you spend! Do check them out
