On time delivery and never and have never had an issue. I have been ordering gifts through their site for years.

Tried to track delivery status to confirm someone would be home to sign. Never got it.

Delivery was not to my office, but left, UNSIGNED for, at another office. By looking at UPS updates, it stated the delivery had been made. I thought perhaps the Concierge of my building signed for it, but he didn't. Returning to my floor, I walked over and looked at the box left at the other office, and it was mine.
So much for requiring a signature.

I had a wonderful experience with Cask Cartel shopping for my husband's present for Christmas. Whichever flavor is his favorite will get him a bottle of it after he tastes each of the flavors in the calendar.

I was very pleased when I received my order, it was packaged very well and had no damage. This was a gift for someone else and they loved it. The only thing I was worried about is that I wouldn't receive it before Christmas, but I understand the way things are nowadays with deliveries and supply chain. I recommend to anyone that is looking for a great for any occasion to order. Customer service is outstanding.

My experience was great. As Fed ex delivered my order to a unknown residence. When I called to say I didn't receive my order. Taylor was wonderful at assisting me, and getting my order to me. It did take a bit of time. But we'll worth the wait!

I was uncomfortable with the delay in receiving any information about my order, only received notice that they had received. I asked for an update after 10 days and received another got your order. It was after that inquiry that I was notified it was being prepared for shipping.
