They claim instant approvals and same day deposits blah blah. In fact they want more info then a home mortgage for a lousy few hundred dollars and then STILL after FIVE DAYS haven't decided yet…no thanks!
Completely incompetent website is horrible and customer service is worse. Applied for a loan never got it called and had to call customer service to cancel the transaction. Transaction was canceled and I requested a new loan and that loan was also canceled. I was so glad this happened on my first attempt to use CashNet that i took it as it was a sign from God to never use this company again. Idiots
This company used to be good, I've used them for 10+ years but not any more! They don't care about their customers, not even a teeny tiny bit, wait that's not true they do care about their customers money and finding all ways they can to take it from them instead of help them. They are overly greedy and are literally abandoning all of their loyal long term customers to make more money. At least sell the business and start one doing something different instead of ruining it. Do not use this company EVER, they are now AWFUL and untrustworthy and they will make you regret it. Shame on you Cashnetusa.
In a state of emergency, I applied for a loan from this company. I kept getting calls from 2 different agents, demanding that I don't tell anyone about their service, that I don't answer calls from another agent, and that I must not call my bank to check on the status of my deposited loan. I became more and more suspicious. But when I received calls from my bank to inform me of a scam, I was shocked and devastated. These scammers didn't deposit a loan- they drained my bank account with outrageous purchases from "Big Basket" and an attempt to take money from my Zelle (adding a man's name to my list of recipients). Thank goodness that the bank caught on to this scam and shut down the attempts! The "trust me- you remind me of my sister" words from those agents sounded so reassuring. I was so wrong... they screwed up my bank account. Now I'm in even more financial trouble than I was when I requested a loan. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I received a letter saying that I took out an installment loan from CASHNET USA in the amount of 2032. 43 dollars which I Did Not. Now i received a letter from a legal firm stating they I owe the money. I did not take a loan out from this company and apparently they are scammers!
These ppl boy I tell you. Will not work with you. At all. They're built to break you down even further. You better be sure you have the money to pay them back ASAP. No matter how small the draw amount. I mean it's like financial rape. Please if you have no other option, and I totally get that, be sure that your income is sufficient enough to accept anything from them. Please. I starved myself many days and was nearly kicked out of my apartment a couple of times because of them. It's not worth it at all honestly. Go with a local payday loan instead. I'm begging you.
I tried out this service because of one of my family members. Worst mistake I could have made. Yes they deposit the money in to your account fast either the same day or next day. The problem is they charge an interest fee everyday. So even if your making your payment on time or even over paying it's hard to even pay it off because of the interest fees that they charge. Which I didn't not no because I did it online. Talk to someone ask questions before signing up. I would not recommend this to anyone.
This place must be located right next to hell because I can not believe what a scam it is. I did receive my requested money very quickly however when I checked my payment schedule I was going to be making payments 3 times a month. What kind of $#*! is that. I immediately gave there money back to them but had to pay 425 dollars extra and I did not have the money for more than a week. Scam scam scam
So while I've never had an account with Cash net USA my card keeps getting ran for CashNetUSA and when I called to try to figure out who was doing it or why it was being done or how to stop it I got nowhere with them they told me that was not their problem that they could not help me and I should contact my bank well when I do that they tell me to contact CashNetUSA to find out who's running the card so it's been a big run around a great big screw you and I'm still have gotten nowhere had to close my account down cancel my card. Good looking out cashing at USA appreciate you! Oh and by the way I've lost about $3,000 due to this and nobody can help me get it back or tell me who the hell took it awesome you guys are awesome.
This company has found a way around charging people higher rates than what is even legal watch out for their insane "draw fees".
I took out a $1,500 loan and by the time I finished paying I owed $4,000. Interest is 30% don't be like me and make this huge mistake. DON'T GET A LOAN FROM CASHNET GO SOMEWHERE ELSE YOU WILL REGRET IT! They are horrible at taking way more than the loan is even worth.
Do NOT borrow from them no matter how desperate you are. Interest fees are insanely high AND they charge an "administrative fee" DAILY based upon how much you still owe. Basically it's just another interest fee on top of the interest fee you already pay! Ridiculous!
Cashnet USA
They have there system set up to only loan you funds with extremely high interest rates. Thy dont care about issues that may have occurred in your life. They have representatives misguiding your on interest rates and extra fees being charged.
I will never access this company again for funding.
I also sent a follow up to the Attorney General's office and the Governors office.
They are the worst one of all for loans way high interest so when you do complete you're payments on time you're not only worse off but the pricks won't give you another over a year later with higher credit score waste of time people don't do it or the cash store they are the same terrible if we would do loan sharking like them we'd go to prison come on fricken Biden you prick
The term usurious was made with this company in mind. I signed on at a time of weakness without completely understanding payback terms and crazy rates on line of credit loans. Wow, is it a killer! Huge fee and high interest rate on top of that. Got to be borderline illegal as 21 of 50 states don't allow them to operate. Should have known better and I'm at fault. I would never repeat this mistake and would advise anybody looking at doing it to stop and get away from this site and find any alternative ie selling an organ or playing keno as odds are better for positive outcomes. Self flagellation would satisfy the need to hurt yourself but be less painfull
Took out $1,000. Realized quickly when I paid $400 I still owed $1,300. Very high Interest EACH DAY! When I paid $400 it went down to $800 owed but with the EVERY DAY INTEREST it was back up to $1,300 within a week. It's disgusting. Letting it go to collections. Would rather take a credit hit and pay a collections agency because when you are paying cash net usa you will NEVER get it paid off, even if you pay it off IN FULL. Very scary!
I did a loan through this company paid it off re took it out paid it off ect... I went to pull it out and it declined even though nothing had changed. They won't tell me why and they say I'll get an email well the email doesn't say why after I have loaned from you an paid everything back everytime that all of a sudden I can't. This place is a joke
I had an account over 8 years ago that was paid and closed with the help of a debit consolidation company. Hundreds of emails back and forth proof it was closed. And here we are over 8 years later I'm getting nasty emails that I owe them. They have even sent me loan offers after the account was closed. We are now past the statue of limitations for Kansas. Banks keep statements for 7 years so we are past that. I've asked for in writing documentation of such account from open to close and all correspondence between CashNet, myself and Global Holdings through the years. They never did. They seem to every few years randomly send me a threatening email and are now saying they turned me into a collection agency. Yet every so often I get a loan offer from them. Worst company ever to deal with.
HATE them
Thanks

I keep receiving these threatening phone calls by this number *******065 from a girl named Morgan, stating they are suing me over a loan I took out with them about two years ago during this Covid- pandemic. I returned the call to find out they were trying to collect additional information off of me. I received a letter about this debt that went to a collection agency. I did take out the loan. I had all intent on paying it back. I lost my unemployment/ new job that I had landed. When taking out the loan, but now I'm being harassed on my phone with strange noises being left in the background. I be been threatened that I'm being sued for a $1000 loan they said on the phone is now over $3000 the rude disrespectful calls are truly uncalled for.
Answer: Their website makes them look legit. You can choose a payday loan that isn't as irresponsible as these people
Answer: Total scam. Interest fees are insane and they charge a daily "administration fee" based on how much you still owe. Yes, its basically another interest fee.
