This the worst loan company ever. It should be a lawsuit against them. Don't never get a loan from them never

Don't use Cash Net Usa unless you're ready to sell your soul. Payments are 200-300 a month. If i need a loan, what on gods green earth makes you think i can pay that? I've paid over $600 on it and it's now ABOVE what i got. Makes no sense.

I had alone okayed and never received it because they had the wrong information given to them twice bad business

The application or the website doesn't even work when you click on it... waste of time... even got the app the log In and nothing

I got a $1000 in February and as of April 30th the total paid is $600. My current balance is $1195.
Do Not Use this company, they are thieves.

Y'all please don't use them for a loan, I borrowed right in the middle of the pandemic (700.00). I started paying it, but it wasn't going down, turns out they were adding daily interest, without me knowing and it wasn't disclosed to me, ( I would have never agreed to this and said just forget it) because that's crazy and deceitful of them. And now people are calling years later with threats of a "forceful recovery " and sending text messages about a missed payment. And that my bank blocked them from getting a payment I never agreed to. It's starting to make me mad honestly. What are y'all doing about these phone calls and threats? Are you paying them?

My mom and I tried to get a loan from this company to move. The representative on the phone tried to get my mom to tell them her bank username and password which is not information you need.

If you ever wonder why your balance keeps increasing, its because they charge interest every single day, which I didn't know. Even if you want to pay the full balance out, the interest will still be there to pay (the daily interest). In the pic, I borrowed 300 on 03/23/2023 and they added a $45 extra fee so my balance was 345. I paid $100 on 04/07/2023. My balance should have been $245. I decided to pay the full balance out on 04/18/2023. I had to pay $303. As you can see, the balance had increased. If I wouldn't have of paid it early, the balance would have been more than that. Never again!

These ppl don't rely understand how it effects a person that is deaf to receive a call back from customer service- they withdrew out 3 payments which originally should have been one - but now all of my other bills plus rent - isn't going to get paid on time- I have no place to go if I get kicked out - I'm at an omg state of mind with a headache- if you could ever prevent a loan please do so- ran from CASHNET USA- they ain't right - after I concluded my call - I hung up on young lady whose baby was in the background- I'm severe profound and she was giving me a big one crying - Smdh - so now I'm paying for the at home mom who thought it was funny to add another payment to my account- to when I've called bcuz I wasn't going to have the Initial payment but hey- that's what I get - it's not my problem I'm deaf - I try to handle my business myself for that part- but never, never, never- used these ppl - high way robbery- they sticking you up without a gun

I borrowed $800 the 1st month I was charged $28.48 interest, the 2nd month I was charged $189.42 in interest. How did the interest GO UP & so did my balance? They tried to withdraw $24! WTH? How does the interest & payment go up instead of down? DO NOT borrow from this company

I borrowed money from this company not knowing the extreme charges that they did not disclose. I have them paid back $200 over what I've borrowed and I will not complete the loan for another six months they're right down thieves taking advantage of hard-working people they should be ashamed of themselves.

I have no need for this business, but they called me multiple times so I finally answered. They told me they had received my application for a loan. I hadn't submitted an application, so I worried my identity was being stolen. They would not help me and were actually quite rude. If this is how they market to get new customers, I would never do business with them.

DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM THIS CROOKED ESTABLISHMENT! I received a loan for 1000 in December 2022 and paid it off through my bank on January 5,2023. They gave me the address to send the check to a PO Box in Dallas, Texas. The check was deposited and cleared by CashNetUSA on January 10,2023. They did not apply the money to my account and claim that some other bank has cashed the check. It had THEIR name on the check. My bank located the check and saw where CashNetUSA had deposited it in their account. It had my name and my account number clearly PRINTED on the check. The manager I spoke to said the checks go into a lockbox and they have no way of knowing who deposits them!? They have taken a payment out of my account after the payoff check was deposited as well. I have contacted my bank and they are now looking into this as a fraud case. The manager also informed me that the balance that is still on my account will continue to accrue interest until the matter is solved! HOW IS THIS LEGAL?!?!?!?! They have stolen money from me and this has been a nightmare since January 17,2023. Good luck if you even need a solution to the problems that they cause!

When we pay it doesnt deduct on our Credit balances and the outstanding balance adds up every single day. It doesnt deduct to the credit that we owe. Who can help me on this matter?
