Long term customer here... I've been sending them calculators for YEARS and NEVER had a problem. Last time I called to ask about my check and asked Peter (te guy that answers when you call) about the reviews, and he said there are really only two or three good sites out there all competing for the same business, and other site owners are VERY competitive and leave us bad reviews all the time, and theres not much they can do about it because they're not real customers. He said they reach out to people who write reviews and half the time the names or emails don't match whos sending in calcs, they're not really people so they can't contact them. Maybe they don't wanna put their real names, maybe they're fake, or maybe they're real. I have no clue. All i know is that I've sent in calculatotors at least 6-7 times and always got paid.

I sent them my calculators dec 1st and they got them about a week later. After a LONG processing period they emailed me back with a pathetic quote for HIGH quality calculators. Annoyed already, I said "whatever just send me the money." I never got the check. Now, WEEKS after emailing back and fourth they claimed to be voiding the check and paying me on PayPal. I have not received any payment yet and they just ignore me until I send the same email 4 times. They make you fight for your money. Honestly, I'm exhausted with these SCAMMERS. Beware of these people. Better yet, avoid them completely. I wish I lived in New York so I could go to their office and curb stomp these people.

After reading some of the reviews on here, I was skeptical about working with this company. I had a TI-84 Graphing Calculator with the lid and the cord (still with the tie on it, because I never used it). They gave me an immediate estimate on their website, and sent me my label. I printed my label, packaged my calculator, and dropped it off at the post office, as instructed. It took just under two weeks to receive email correspondence from them, stating they had received my calculator, and the next day received email saying that it had been inspected and processed, and I was just waiting for my payment at this point. It took 3 days for the payment to be available to me via PayPal, and I cannot tell you how completely opposite of an experience I had then expected. I was expecting to wait forever, have a headache to deal with, multiple phone calls, etc. but instead it was easy, quick, and efficient for me to sell my calculator to this cash4cals, and I would absolutely use them again, as well as recommend this company.

I sent my calculator to these people, after i had estimated the price of my calculator in good condition warrenting an estimation of 45$ i got the payment in the mail by check right around 2 weeks after shipping my calculator so with the time the USPS takes it was pretty quick. When i got the payment it was only 16$, i contacted customer service who were friendly and explained to me why my calculator was appraised lower than i expected. I. e. Mine had scratches on the screen i hadnt noticed. Despite this we were able to work out a deal. They also showed good customer service and listened to my complaint and took the steps to fix it as well. They were kind and honest.

I just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Sold my TI-83 Plus calculator to them a few weeks ago and received no check. I tried e-mailing several days ago, no response. Tried calling today, got that same voicemail of some guy. Sent a message to the AIM screen name, no response. I will get my money back or I will show up at his doorstep- the address listed is a RESIDENTIAL HOME. Wish I had seen this site before sending my brand new calculator to this fraud.

Waiting for 2 months since "your check has been sent". Refuses to answer emails or phone from me & no replies to Better Business Bureau inquiries on my behalf. If I get my $23 I will change my review. Today (March 28) finally received a check for $21, not my quoted price which they were to send me (email dated 1/2/2019 said the check will arrive in 2-3 days). The check is from not "Cash4Calcs" but SellCalculators.com LLC. If you go to that webwite you will see calculators for sale (and a small box at the bottom noting they will buy your calculator if you email Cash4Calcs). They never answered my subsequent emails or phone calls, and did not respond to calls or letters from the BBB of NYC. No explanation of why the check is for $2 less than quoted and what they were to send. I suspect (no proof) that the company will buy your calcs, and resell them, and you will get your money, if any, when they get enough from re-selling them on the other website. This company is deceitful in many ways, and I'd never use them again for anything.

These people SUCK! I shipped a few calculators TWO months ago and still have not recieved a check after the site says the mail one to you in 2 days. I have called/emailed/IMed the customer service i don't know how many times about my check. The times that I DO get a responce, which is hit or miss, they tell me that they are running late on payments and will deffinitly ship my check the next day. Two months later I still have yet to see my check and still get the same lame excuses...

I believe this site is a complete scam (will update if I receive payment). I sent them 50 calculators worth over $950 on behalf of my employer (a local high school) and they have not submitted a payment. They responded saying they received the calculators and were 'processing them' but weeks later I have not received payment. They don't answer the phone, nor respond to order inquiries, but do respond to questions about selling a calculator (though they gave me the runaround again when I asked about my shipment). Attemps at email have been futile. I am now going to the BBB, State Attorney General, IC3, FTC... STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE! Wish I had read the reviews beforehand.

SCAM! He sells used calculators on his other website "sellcalculators", but never pays you for your calculators you sell him. His name is Justin E. Stoecker from Brooklyn, NY. He is a scam artist. Google his name! He even just got busted for DWI by the NYS Police. SCAM!
