Ordered an AVAITION ALUMINUM case for my new ZFold 5 the day I purchased the phone. I hate an affinity with aluminum products. I have carious items from TV stand to laptop and tablet stands all aluminum including phone cases for my previous Samsung devices so when I found this one I was ecstatic. After I placed my order for the $100 phone case I received a confirmation stating my item was awaiting drop of at the shippers site in Jamaica Queens. After 1 week I checked and it stated the same long story short I reached out to customer service only to receive an email with the same tracking info as day 1. After 3 emails I started asking for a refund. Now 5 emails in and A MONTH later I received the package and opened it to find a $10 plastic case with a cracked screen and a hinge made of plastic that is supposed to hold both sides together and allow the phone to open up, does not stay on cause it is a millimeter to tall. Now I an getting no response from customer service after stating in a nice way that this was not what I ordered. The part that lets me most is you can't grab someone by their $#*!in throat and make them accountable.
I am so happy, I love this case. I got the Burberry case for Samsung Galaxy flip4. It fits perfect and is exactly whay i ordered. Qaulity is really good. After I ordered this case, I looked up reviews (I am very impulsive). I was really worried when so many people did not receive their case. Like many said, the tracking number started in China, then just disappeared. Well, I actually received mine much quicker than the 15-18 day estimate.
I ordered my dad a case, and it did not disappoint. The quality is better than I thought, and the picture came out looking great. I will be ordering from them again!

I recently purchased a case for an iPad as a gift. By the time I received the case, the person for whom the case was intended had already purchased one. I went to My Custom Case and looked at their return policy, which stated that they wanted the customer to be happy and would refund FOR ANY REASON within 30 days. There was a stipulation regarding damages to an item, stating that they would have to assess the damage before refund. I contacted them asking for a refund because the item was no longer needed. I was told that they ONLY refund for damage. When I did a screen shot of their policy, they talked in circles saying they had restrictions as to what could be returned, and then said I had not paid enough for the item to be able to get a refund! None of this is in their FAQ section regarding returns. They post one thing to mislead you and then come up with every excuse they can think of not to honor their policy. I would NOT recommend this company!
My recently purchased personalized phone case isnt even able to be charged with the case on. The side buttons are not correctly alligned with the phone. TERRIBLE waste of money. I contacted the maker. They made NO REFUND. My second purchase had the same set of problems!

I was a bit skeptical of this site as I hadn't heard of it before, but I was pleasantly surprised! The image quality is good (I'm sure only as long as you have a good quality image to begin with while making the design) and my order came in only ten days to the US. The only downsides I can say, are that I wish they had an option to choose from a glossy or matte finish (it comes as matte) or that they had an option to add a silicone inner layer to the hard case for extra protection for an additional price. But those are only personal wishes and the case overall is good!

If you're looking for a custom case you're in the right place. Got one for my Pixel 5 and from beginning to end the service was excellent.
The Pixel 5 had just came out and there wasn't an option for the phone yet. I emailed them and within a day they had it up on the website. Sent in my order, paid for the faster shipping and got it well within the estimated shipping time.
The print came out great and they went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with it and it was exactly how I wanted.
Customer service was really what set them apart, very responsive even with the major timezone differences and no problem getting any issues I had sorted.
I'd definitely recommend them :)
They provide a tracking number, but it's bogus. They use a Chinese tracking service (4PX) http://track.4px.com that doesn't indicate the package's city or location once it leaves China. The page stopped updating my order status after a couple of days, and has now gone weeks without an update on location or estimated time of arrival. What's worse is their site doesn't give any indication that they're in China, which is super-shady.
I ordered a case on April 19th. It's now June 29th, and I still don't have it. I've contacted them several times and was basically just told to wait longer. I'm now in a resolution process through PayPal, and Case Customs has stopped responding altogether. These people are straight-up crooks. Go to skinit.com instead, if they have designs for your phone (I have an LG V60, and skinit.com doesn't have em).
I ordered my case on april 24th. Was given a tracking number on April 30th from USPS. It is now May 13th and USPS doesn't have the package or have they ever received the package. I asked company to refund my card and they refused to. Do not deal with this company.
I ordered a custom case, in which at first I was sketched out by the website and how good the case was. The shipping took a bit, but it's expected coming from China. I wasn't thrilled for the quality that the case was so I went to the website to see if I could get my money back. The Case-Custom team emailed me within the day helping me through the process and I didn't even have to ship it back. They were very responsive and answered all of my questions. Even though I didn't enjoy the quality of the case (the picture was kind of blurry, which may have been my fault, and my fingernails left visible scratches on it) the customer support was great.
EDITED: the review below reflects my original order. However, on seeing this review, case-custom reached out to me and offered to send me a re-printed case. While the printing isn't perfect, it is much better with more accurate colours, and they have clearly demonstrated great customer service.
What was good: the case itself seems to be quite sturdy, and fits my phone well
What was bad: the colours are WAY off, and the image is fuzzy. I have attached the image I uploaded for the case - as you can see, it's a grey scale map - but the case I received is purple! Very disappointed. The case also arrived later than the stated 7-14 business days for shipping, even though I live in a capital city.

I ordered a case for myself and my husband. The package took quite a while to get here because it got stuck in customs. I emailed the Case Custom Team and they stayed in contact with me to update me on what was going on. They also said that if things went wrong and it wasn't going to get to me they would ship replacements at no charge. The cases arrived and I was very impressed with the quality of both the custom images that we selected and the sturdiness of the cases themselves. I would not recommend if you need your item quickly but if you are not in a hurry and want a quality item check them out.
The photos that are on the cases I ordered are absolutely amazing! I will order again when it's time to upgrade my phone for sure! And the customer service I received was above and beyond my expectations!
My case came in 18 days after I ordered. I e-mailed Case Custom at their customer service account explaining that I either didnt get, or missed my tracking info for the case I ordered. The responded to my email so quickly, withing hours actually. They gave me a tracking number and told me they had looked an saw it was at my local post office and should be delivered very soon. It was delivered that day. Now the case itself is great. I can read the print clearly and the picture I added came put very clear. I 100% reccomend them. Along with a shout out to the customer service member I spoke to, Emma Haughee, she was diligent and I couldnt as for more.
