I'm sad to say that I'll be closing my account. I just learned that I've been charged a late fee even though I'm paying on the due date. I'm so sorry that I haven't paid before 5pm on those dates. You're ridiculous. This is offensive it's:5:10 pm. I will be paying the card off and closing this account. Beware of how they're overcharging their customers. Shame on you.
I always love the way carters clothing is on my baby. Super comfortable, and durable material. However, save yourself the trouble and just go right to the store. I ordered clothing for christmas, and I hoped it would arrive early since I placed the order in advance... It took over 10 days to ship. All in all that wasn't the best experience. When I called they assured me I would get a coupon for inconvience (a whopping 25% off which was already an available promotion) I ordered during the time of "double fun cash". I assumed that if I spent over 50$ I would have $$ to use. WRONG. The fun cash is a coupon, so if you spend 25$ then you get $10 off. Big rip off... ANYWAY be careful when ordering from carters website, and don't bother with the fun cash! Totally misleading.
I was not that much impressed with the quality, the best I can say is they are OK. Yes they look cute, but for the quality you get, a bit overpriced.
I ordered some cute dresses for my baby girl. My baby is a little "fat" & their clothes are kind smaller for her. Quality is OK, design is cute.
The clothes are nice for babies but overpriced. The discounts they offer in their stores are bad. You get better discounts and specials when you buy Carter's in other stores like JCPenny etc. also, there are better and cheaper brands.
Very cute clothes but most stores that sell carters are overpriced. I won't buy something that's overpriced
The site often empties my cart, and screws up my shopping cart. I can usually find the same clothes at kohls for a cheaper price. They have great deals around holidays though and the quality is always good. Love the site to store pick up option too!
I do shop here on a regular I have a 2 year old and we are limited to options for kids, buy I find it is a bit pricey especially when toddlers and infants grow out of clothing so fast I prefer Walmart and winners for affordable prices caters is if I have no options
