The most inefficient company I have ever encountered.
Use them only if you do not want to scrap your car.
Because they will never collect it!
Their communication is non existent.
The branch (Hawkhurst) never picks up the phone. The main office answers but they are like a chocolate teapot.
I had to chase them several times for collection date.
Naturally they did not turn up on the collection date and of course did not call and could not be reached.
When I asked the main office what is the guarantee that they will turn up on the second time, they admitted that nothing.
It is a wonder how do they still in business if even their own employee is sceptical about their abilty.
