Awesome

First day back to work after 3wk Christmas vacation. Car wouldn't start in garage. Called, Responded. Told me what and when to expect relief. Waited. Technician responded & confirmed previous conversation. Auto body shop texted to state eta at my residence. They arrived before time, happy & ready to fix my issue and he did. My experience and problem was resolved in less than 45 minutes during a wintery storm on 1/6/25.
I am totally pleased w the professionalism of Carshield and they are work their weight in Gold

My car wouldn't start and not sure why. My Insur. Paid for the towing to a garage. I paid 100.00 deductible and the bill was $140 + which I pd and I am still waiting for the refund from you for the amt. Over the deductible.

Breakdown outta the blue
January 21, 2025

From break down Jan 4th until Jan 7th very good & smooth experience. Included tow to primary mechanic & move to dealership when primary mechanic said job was too much for him.
During those two tow jobs I had no charges at all with platinum plan. Supposedly my car won't be diagnosed until at least February 7th. After all of that & repair takes place I'll be able to give final review. This is my 1st experience with Carshield. I have high hopes right now. 👍

Waisted a week still no car
January 21, 2025

I called for an approved shop. My Truck sat there all week only to get, come get your truck I'm not going to do the work. I'm going on week 2 and over 2 hours on the phone to a dozen of you associates. My truck is at a 2nd repair shop as of last night. Still no car or truck for me to drive? Can you escalate this to someone can help!

After further review, it appears a rental was reserved for you. Great Adjusters

I have worked with several different extended warranty companies and the adjuster I worked with in your company was wonderful. He actually listened to the problems and worked with me to get the repairs done that I needed. Car shield is a great company. I had more than one item that needed repaired and they are repairing everything that is not a maintenance item.

I paid for car shield for many years and when I had an unfortunate problem with my vehicle I turned to car shield…My truck was in the shop for more than three months… car shield kept giving me the run around on paying for this policy…At first they made me believe that they where going to take care of this issue as far as even letting the service department know that they was going to take care of problems just so they could let me down telling me that they where not going to do anything about it…CARSHIELD SUPPOSEDLY RECORDS THERE PHONE CALLS WELL WHY COULDNT YOU HONOR WHEN YALL TOLD ME THAT EVERYTHING WAS GOING TO GET TAKEN CARE OF…the problem car shield has is that every time you call them on the same problem you have to explain what is going on to every single person that answers the phone so everyone that answers is confused and no one ever knows what's going on this problem …this was very frustrating… They don't care they do this just so they don't have to pay for anything…Well Im just one person and probably get away with this one person at a time… Payments every month and surely answer the phone for new policy's…Not right! At the end of the day I lost my truck and no one at car shield seemed to care… I tried calling and asking for the CEO AND CAR SHIELD ALSO KEPT GIVING ME THE RUN-AROUND ON TALKING TO ANYONE WITH SUPERVISION….NOTHING WAS EVER DONE NO ONE EVER CONTACTED ME BACK ON THIS ISSUE JUST ALLOWING ME TO LOSE MY TRUCK MY ONLY TRANSPORTATION…THANKS FOR LETTING ME DOWN TO WHOME IT MAY CONCERN PROBABLY NO ONE!

Car Shield Experience

When I placed a claim, the representative was professional and precise. All contact information for the repair was given, but the repair was not covered by my warranty according to the repair shop. I then paid for repairs out of pocket. Please verify that the repair shop was correct in their denial.

Car shield was fine but the dealership would not meet the labor allowance impose by car shield. The result was that I would have to pay $700 out of pocket to get the repair done. So I have a claim approved by car shield so I am still shopping for repair shop on car shields list of vendor that can do the repairs for less labor
