The review and inspection was very slow. My vehicle was in the shop for 2-1/2 weeks for a front end repair of ball joints. It may have been the dealership but, either way it took too long.

This experience with car Sheila is not what they say it is. I was told that I could use my claim to have my fix and car shield tells me that I was denied bcus my truck broke down and needed to be taking to the shop to be looked at and car shield will not fix my truck witch is bull$#*! to after I was told that I was good to file a claim……

The representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had purchased CarShield for my 2014 Lincoln MKX about a year ago, and now felt it was a good time to purchase a policy for my wife's 2014 Chrysler 300. The initial price was $139.99 a month. After questioning why my Lincoln was $119.00 a month, the representative lowered the monthly cost to $129.99. Then the deductible for the first few months was $1,000.00 but lowered to $250.00 after that. My Lincoln is $100.00. I do like the month to month payments though. While I decided to follow through with the Chrysler, I was somewhat unhappy with the price hike and elevated deductible. The Chrysler only has 39,000 miles as compared to my Lincoln which has 116,000 miles.

Of the 6 instances that we have needed repairs, you have only partially covered 1 of them. Of the 5,000 parts you cover, seems like you don't cover sensors, modules, turbo intakes, or A/C. You also limit how much you pay for labor. We are beginning to think Ice T lied to us and there must be alot more parts on our car than 5,000 parts. 1 in 6 seems like a failing grade. To your credit you did cover the towing and roadside service.

Very Disappointed I was told by two representative that the full payment of my tow would be covered. Unfortunately that was incorrect information unbeknownst to me a change was made in 2023 for the plan that I have. I was not expecting to pay out of pocket especially after being reassured that the tow would be covered 100%.

My husband lost his wallet, so we had to cancel our credit card. Since you charge the monthly payment to our card I called to explain the situation. After explaining I was told that I could extend the payment date but would do better if I called when we got the new card so the extension could be cancelled. It was hardly clear what was going on, but I was frustrated so just agreed without truly understanding. Now I just hope we get the new cards asap and I can cancel the delayed payment. I feel this was not our fault but we got little help and zero sympathy. T
