So I called the phone number and told them I needed to change from my bankcard to a checking and routing number. The bankcard was blocked because of fraud from some unknown source. This will be much better.

In December of 2023, Carshield Rep said my transmission was being exchanged for a remanufactured unit. When the exchanged unit failed again in May of 2023, it turns out upon further inspection, that this was a straight pull out from another vehicle, and was never rebuilt or even opened up for examination. Not to mention Carshield will not cover 100% of the labor expenses at the dealership.

You insure a vehicle sight unseen. Ask to keep records of any maintenance done, saying that it is very important, and when an issue comes up you deny service, not from lack of anything I did or didn't do (ie previous owners) not keeping up. Pay for a year and told won't cover an engine for lack of maintenance. Never did you ask to see my records. Not only out 2000. 00 but also a truck. Ripoff

I was very nervous as to I have heard some crazy stories about car Shield. Yet my process was quick and easy. They found me a shop near my house and my car fixed and payed for within 3 days. The only thing I'm waiting on now is to see if they hold up to their in of the bargain as far as reimbursing me for the rental Car. We shall see

I attempted to try to talk to representative about my problem and I couldn't get no help and the representatives That I did talk to no help at all. I paid monthly payments and was turned down over something that could've been fixed.

I had done confusion concerning who was actually contacting me as the phone number did not match any info I had. Endurance is not listed. I called the Car shield number and a very nice representative explained to me that Car Shield is who actually coordinates the payment of claims for several Companies. She was able to look up my claim and advise me of the status.
