I called CarShield to report a call from a scammer, someone posing as being from CarShield, told me CarShield was not paying their claims, and going bankrupt, I needed to change over to this new company. The person speaking said I need to pay today to take advantage of this one-time offer. After I immediately hung up, I called CarShield to report the scam. The CarShied operator must have been bored, because he wasn't rude, but not very forthcoming either. Finally, he told me they were aware of the scam, I told him it might be nice if the company gave people a heads up, to which he had to reply.

When the transmission service light came on in my van, I contacted CarShield. They directed me to a repair facility where it was determined that the transmission needed to be replaced. Car shield immediately began the process to get my vehicle repaired. It was a very smooth process. I can't say enough about the help that CarShield gave me. I had my truck serviced twice once the motor it took a month to fix it, then the transmission and it took over a week to install and used transmissions.and it cost me money for a rental car.!
