PCV valve replacement

Dealer said the PCV needed to be replaced. Oil had leaked into the spark plugs and they needed to be replaced.
Dealer charged $1100 and car shield covered $140.

I called CarShield to report a call from a scammer, someone posing as being from CarShield, told me CarShield was not paying their claims, and going bankrupt, I needed to change over to this new company. The person speaking said I need to pay today to take advantage of this one-time offer. After I immediately hung up, I called CarShield to report the scam. The CarShied operator must have been bored, because he wasn't rude, but not very forthcoming either. Finally, he told me they were aware of the scam, I told him it might be nice if the company gave people a heads up, to which he had to reply.

Transmission repair

When the transmission service light came on in my van, I contacted CarShield. They directed me to a repair facility where it was determined that the transmission needed to be replaced. Car shield immediately began the process to get my vehicle repaired. It was a very smooth process. I can't say enough about the help that CarShield gave me. I would recommend them to anyone who has an out of warranty vehicle. Great job, CarShield!

I had my truck serviced twice once the motor it took a month to fix it, then the transmission and it took over a week to install and used transmissions.and it cost me money for a rental car.!
