Diagnose and repair my vehicle. I admit completion of diagnose and repairs was done in 7days which was awesome. But the attitude of mechanic pushing a new car battery new tires,and trying to convince me to open a credit-line with Meineke was uncalled for. Not to mention the oil filth that was left in my vehicle door handles.
They helped me when I had a flat and an hour from home. Just hope they help me out when something serious goes wrong and I don't have to take it to far from home. I never took it to have my door looked at. To far from home.
I have a 21 year old Acura that just now needs some what I would call major work. I have developed an oil leak and find that the oil pan needs to be replaced as well as whatever it connects to for the flow of oil. I called Car Shield and it was no problem, they immediately gave me a claim number and where the repair center needs to call them the day of repair. I get to choose who I want to do the repair and my co-pay is $100. Easy peasey - so thankful for car shield.

I have tried to inform Car Shield of my correct mailing address. I used the Chat feature, and they would not forward my message to the appropriate department to update my mailing information. They passed the buck, and stated I needed to call customer service. Lazy! Is this what I am paying for?
Took 5 calls to finally get approval after being denied, car in shop for three weeks now for a simple headlight
Received my contract with wrong mileage. They never did send me my contract with correct mileage. I'll be patient.
