I had a problem with my vehicle and had to use my Car Shield Insurance for the first time and I have to say it was a satisfactory experience!

Wanted to know how to get a hold of car shield when I take my car to get fixed

I took my Jeep Commander 2007 in for repairs. The technician diagnosed the problems. Alternator and Water pump. The technician sent the work order to Car Shield. Car Shield approved the work order and quickly processed the payment.

No problems. Straight forward. Nothing needs to be said.

Very satisfied with Car Shield. My extended warranty expired and I need to get a new warranty just in case, and I'm glad I did.

I haven't (lucky me) had to use the Car Shield Service for any car repairs. I am still waiting for my Mileage waiting period to end. The experience of setting up the account was satisfying. I understand the complexities of modern car repair and the high cost associated with these repairs. I feel safer knowing that I am covered for repairs in this time of high inflation.

The passenger side window control does not work. I was told that if a new motor was needed, Car Shield would pay. However, I do not know if the problem is the motor or it might just be a bad electrical connection. In that case, will Care Shield pay? The vehicle is now in the shop. The expected time in shop is five days.

Can't really say, only enrolled for 3 or4 months, and no claims, and then traded in on a new car

The air conditioner compressor had to be replaced. Car shield charged the deductible and replaced it with an aftermarket piece of crap that makes unsettling, painful noises. They contacted us11 times asking for a review but we usually don't review products or services. But, you car shield is so determined, here it is: one of the most disappointing purchases we ever made, glad we cancelled and we know you won't publish our opinion

My car was towed to a dealership but, cannot do the work. Car was re-towed to another service center. Now I am waiting for their reply of if the work can be done.
