Not happy with this company! They are refusing to pay the mechanic. Premium customer service is a joke. They're saying the rates of shop is not in their price range. Very disappointed. Will not recommend them to anyone! False promises and low expectations of how they actually speak to us over the phone. Very rude! Misleading and not trustworthy.

Car shield is really bad service they sell you warranty for 500 mileage of one month I drive my car month and a half like 5000 mileage and my car broke down and they and they're blaming because I buy the warranty because my car was broke down, which is not that happen and then not coveringso I recommended people to don't buy warranty from the car shield. It's really bad service from them I heard from The other people they do same thing with them they say to you everything they cover and they took the payments from you and they don't wanna pay to you when you need it

I have had Carshield for 3 years,I just put in a claim for $5500 and was denied, our transmission would not go into reverse. What the hell is the problem, not as advertised. Everyone I can talk to will know of this sham.

So far so good, eventually we had mechanical problems, the Car Shield warranty helped and paid for repairs, we are happy, I wish they could pay for smaller repairs. So far so good, I am happy we have the coverage. Thank you. We needed the coverage and it helped.

A couple of months after I signed up, I almost cancelled. Car shield reps worked with me to find the right coverage that better suited my needs that fit with my budget. I questioned my decision from time to time, all the way up until my transmission AND differential both gave out simultaneously. Over $8,000.00 that they covered. I had to pay almost $450.00 for the stuff that wasn't covered like fluids. Saved my A**! As long as you read your contract and know what to expect, Car Shield is a very good service.

To my jeep in because it was shutting down while driving. The technician said it was oil housing and oil sensor problems also the crankshaft sensor was failing. You guys said prove it. It didn't fail in the shop but it did three times the next day so. Now I got take it back 3days before Christmas. It shut down trying to merge onto the Pennsylvania Highway which is very dangerous. The crankshaft sensor is cover so why just cover it.

I didn't have any claims but I did contact customer support when I canceled. The only problem I had was that charged for the next month and told me that I couldn't get a refund.

Recently, our escape encountered a transmission issue. Our auto repair facility collaborated with Carsheil to replace the transmission. The Carsheil representative ensured that we were kept in the loop.
I reached out to customer service a few times to rent a car and extend it. Whenever I needed help, the customer service representatives were always friendly and helpful. This is the first experience I've had with this type of insurance. The Representatives could not have been nicer, taking the time to lay out what needed to be done, details to submit, then going over the mechanic bill item by item to be sure it was understandable before approving the payout. My mechanics also remarked about what a pleasure it was to work with good reps who know what's what and are responsive and easy to understand. No hidden agendas, all right up front. A pleasure.

My car wouldn't start and not sure why. My Insur. Paid for the towing to a garage. I paid 100.00 deductible and the bill was $140 + which I pd and I am still waiting for the refund from you for the amt. Over the deductible.
