My car wouldn't start and not sure why. My Insur. Paid for the towing to a garage. I paid 100.00 deductible and the bill was $140 + which I pd and I am still waiting for the refund from you for the amt. Over the deductible.
My car and my wife's vehicle have been covered for approximately five years and until now, we had never submitted a claim. Recently, our Mercedes dealership's mechanics discovered oil leaks at the front and rear seals in my wife's auto--a major, labor-intensive repair...When it really mattered, CarShield really came through for us and covered the repair! I took my car to the dealer thinking I just had a problem with the audio interface but they discovered a leaking waterpump ($$), broken mounts and a bad APIM module and radio. Car Shield covered everything and did it very promptly. I would hhigky recommend them.

Had a transmission issue as well as a major leak,they where very prompt about getting the repair scheduled for service and handled as well as a rental as it was a lengthy repair.have referred many friends as I have had a great experience this far! Car Shield made my car repairs extremely simple! I just dropped off my car at my repair shop to diagnose my issues and that was literally it. The shop and Car Shield handled the rest. No calling to setup any claims or paperwork to file. Once my car was diagnosed, Car Shield called me telling me that my repairs were covered, minus the deductible and I just waited till the repairs were complete. This is something I will never go without moving forward with any vehicle I own.

For some reason all the BMW service centers here in Memphis, TN do not except CarShield. I spent several years paying for a warranty that no excepted.

The contract information was put on my contract wrong and also the address after tell the representative 3 times what it was so, so when I did get the contract emailed to be all the information was on the wrong car, plus my address, so I had to cancel my contract all together! The representative just wanted to make a sale instead of really listening to the customer!

I took my car into a dealership to get it repaired. They got in touch with car shield and ask them to come and look at the track and let them show them what's wrong with the truck. Carcield immediately told them what they would pay, and the dealership went ahead and fixed yet. I zipher had to step in and be a part of what car shield offered. They paid everything and I paid my deductible. It was easily done, and I had no brainfade!

From the time I called car Shield, they have been on spot. When my engine light came on and my car was making a horrible noise. I called a Car Shield then I made an appointment with the dealership that I bought my car from. They took care of everything just EXACTLY like they said they would do on the TV commercials. I would recommend CarShield to anyone anytime. Their ratings deserve a 10 star rating. And before I knew it I was back on the road again driving my own car. Oh yeah, and besides all that CarShield had it already set up for me to get a rental car from Enterprise. It was great as I was walking over to Enterprise my phone rang and it was the salesman from Enterprise letting me know the CarShield had contact them already. You guys are great. Thank you so much. I would not have been able to afford to get my car fixed. I am retired and I am on a fixed income. I am so glad that I made the decision to get car Shield several years ago. You guys are great. Your representatives in the customer service department were great. Everyone was so kind and professional. I am just so satisfied. I give you guys 10 Stars and 2 thumbs up.

I was contacted by a representative, showing concern about how my vehicle was being taken to the same shop 3×'s for what appeared to be the same problem, she then went on to help me find another shop that accepted carshield she was patient and kind, I think we were on the phone for about a hour or so but she wouldn't give up, we googled and researched, she gave me big sister vibes she was awesome.

Seven months after buying Carshield's extended warranty insurance my water pump started leaking. Even though the leakage was too slow to affect the driving, Carshield replaced the pump with my Audi dealer in an expensive undertaking.

I told Car Shield on 2/20/25 that I would go along with them ordering the Turbo for my 2014 Volkswagen and through their neglegence the part was ordered on 02/25/2025. The auto repair shop will not receive the part until 02/27/2025. The repair work is said to take 8- 10 hours. Now they want to say that my rental has to be returned by 07/27/2025 and I will have to pay for extra days when is it all their fault that my car is not done within the 7 day rental. Their lack of timely ordering the part is not my fault it totallying falls on them...

Yesterday, I received a call from the Adjuster to explain me what was approved, I started to ask questions just know more of the process and clarify certain things and he quickly took a very defensive stance with a no tact instead of hearing me out and trying to clarify my questions and concerns in a more customer first approach.

I was a little nervous when I chose CarShield to protect my used Jeep. Two employees tgatcI work with, and we are all in the car business, recommended them. After reviewing my options with the sales agent, I settled on etting the Diamond plan. Boy, am I glad I spent a few dollars more. On my first claim, communications were astonishing. Most of the rental car was covered while my car was in the shop. The updates between the CarShield people and the shop, as well as me was phenomenal. We'll done CarShield, I'll recommend your company to many of my clients that I sold used cars to, whose warranty has expired, to hook up with CarShield.
