I had an issue with the FedEx tracking info indicating carcover had rescinded the shipment. I contacted them and was told they would work it and get back to me. They never did, but the product arrived on time despite the FedEx misinformation.
Unfortunately the product does not match the description and does not fit my camper. An email to customer service that was advertised as being responded to within a day has gone unanswered for two days so far.

Quick, easy to use site. Great price on a product with good reviews. The cover came on schedule and fit great. There are zippered access points at both front doors and the rear entry as well. I put the cover on my 22' RV by myself with the attached ropes
Ordering was very easy. Getting the product was a huge pain. After being provided a false shipping date, and my cancelling the order with their customer service department on 7/8/2020, the order was shipped anyway. It arrived 12 days after I had initially ordered it (7/2/2020) and 6 days after I had cancelled the order. I shipped it back to them the same day I received it (7/14/2020).

The cover isn't an exact fit as promised on the web site. It barely overlaps the front and rear bumpers and even then it is a very, very tight fit front to back. It barely fits front to back. It is so tight you can't tell that the front windshield has a slope. There is no marking indicating the front so you have to guess which way to put it on. The attached straps will be essential to keep it from flying off even in a slight wind. I don't expect I will use it for long. I'm already looking at other covers.
I have another cover that too big, I'm hoping this will be a perfect fit. My T-Bird still looks new, I want to keep it that way.

A little confusing since 2 different web pages appeared with different prices when ordering.
Very satisfied with final product as fit was a concern and this cover fit extremely well to my 96 Mustang convertible. Product quality is superior with reinforced edges, contact points for straps and locking grommets. Lock is not much more than a luggage lock but everything else is superior, would highly recommend this product.
Very good information about coverage. The cover actually arrived sooner than expected. When not traveling we have to keep the trailer covered due to the extreme heat. This one even feels like it's a better quality than our previous one.
This is a gift for my son-in-law.
I paid the $30 for expedited shipping. When checking the tracking number it said "ready for UPS pickup" when in fact I found the item was out of stock but I received no communication letting me know the item was out of stock. I suggest carcovers.com email their customers if an item is out of stock so we don't keep checking the tracking number and seeing no change. I only found out because I called customer service after a few days of checking the tracking number.
