Terrible experience.
Purchased a 'Premium Edition' cover for a motorcycle. The webpage advertised a 7 layer, all-weather cover with a cable and lock. Paid over $100. What arrived was a cheap version Ultraguard 4-443bc cover that averages $45.00 on Google, $26.00 on eBay. Requested a refund and return authorization. They told me the cover sent was what I purchased and it would fit my bike. Totally missed the issue of quality and that they diddn't sent what was advertised. They assured me it would be 2-3 day to get the shipping label. Ten days later, still no refund or shipping label.

We have gotten all patio furniture covers, 11 covers. Now this one. So farall covers have been a bit too big but work well. Hope this cover is a bit big to cover well.

My wrx is a 2020 it barley covers the front but it will do for now. Overall looks great and covers majority of my car. If I add a lip n splitter for sure doubt it would cover that. Overall great quality on the material. Came concealed and well packaged. Thank u guys!

Had a difficult time placing the order...would not process the first time so I called...agent said close it out and try again...then the coupon code would not work so I did the chat...they told me what to do...took more time than any online order I've ever done.hope th product is what we want...
Ordering experience was great. I got my product on time. All the pieces and parts were there. I haven't put the cover on my car yet because I have to wash my car first, so I can't rate the fit yet.

I called about how the metal cable was suppose to work because there were no directions in the box. Didn't get a great answer so it is still hanging on the front deck. Otherwise i give it 5 stars.
