When I called to inquire about extended warranties I dealt with a knowledgeable helpful and kind customer service rep named Leon. He talked me through the different packages and also sought another service rep for the person who reffered me in order for them to receive their referral bonus. Thanks again for your help Leon.

I like that my agent listened to my concerns to get me to the policy I wanted. Being a single women I need to have that warranty that no matter what my car is covered and I will have a rental while it gets fixed. The price was a little high and almost made me pull away but they have a 30 day price match or money back. That's helped ease things.

I needed coverage for my car and I spoke to one of the representatives who helped me along the way of getting the coverage I needed for my vehicle. She was polite and explained in detail the options which I needed to have. She helped me set up my account and payment schedule. She was a joy to do business with. Thank you.
