CaraMia Bra

I originally wrote a a review indicating my dissatisfaction with this product.
However, when I inquired about the return process, I was told to return it by mail, and then immediately call the customer service office with the tracking number. As soon as I called them, they verified the tracking number and promptly processed my refund. The funds were credited to my credit card within days. This return procedure amazed me! Never before have I had such an expedient experience for a returned item!
For this part only, I gave a "3" rating. If the product had been better, the total rating may have been a "5".

These bras are cheap, cheap, cheap quality. Very thin material with poor support. The ugliness is enhanced with show-through bathing suit foam inserts (yes, those tacky triangle ones) that get wrinkled, sideways, folded, bent, backwards, etc. Extremely unflattering and downright UGLY (looks like Mrs. Doubtfire). They'll give you a hassle with returning and you end up paying $6.99 for shipping and another $6.99+ to return. All for the trouble of trying on a disgusting and flimsy product. DON'T BUY THESE! P.S. Made in China and looks and feels like it, too.

Along with the many other negative reviews, I just have to add mine. Wish I had looked on this website before purchase.
First of all, the only thing worse than 1 hook closure is TWO! Very difficult to fasten, esp with arthritis in one thumb. Way too much cheap padding, and no support. I found this bra very hot as well, with so much coverage /material it is extremely hot to wear, esp with the full padding.
Does not help with back fat, as stated on infomercial.
Don't make my mistake and purchase this cheap product.

After ordering from Canada and having to pay US dollars my bras finally arrived after 2 months. Absolutely the cheapest material, padding etc. Sizing was completely off even though I followed the chart. Horrible. So now it is time to send them back. You guessed it, you have to pay for the shipping. So between the exchange and the shipping it cost me 40 bucks to get this product and ship it back. Ridiculous. Stay clear of this terrible product.

I was given a refund after a bit of back and forth. So, I'm satisfied with the outcome. I likely won't order again, but the issue is resolved.

I am a woman in my mid 70s and I have had several back surgeries. I need to wear a bra for support and I am not quite the size of the model in the middle of the ads, I bought these and they do hug you and they do offer support. I was able to sleep in it comfortably. They DO HOWEVER roll up on your midriff when you sit down and the closures of the criss cross are hook and eye type. For a person with arthritis this is a problem. It took me several minutes to actually get these in place. I have been wearing this one since yesterday afternoon and while more comfortable than other bras, I definitely know that I am wearing one. I guess we can never expect the complete TRUTH about a product since their interest is to sell it not really to provide a much needed garment for women. BTW, I don't care for pads but these do seem to help keep the breast positioned correctly in the cup.
NOTE: Don't confuse the knockoffs on Amazon with the real thing. I have tried those and they are really inferior to these.

I have fibromyalgia and soft tissue damage. I have issues with wearing bras. I can't wear underwire bras, due to pain associated with digging into my ribs. I am very busty and didn't wear any bra unless going out. I needed a bra that I could wear daily and even sleep in, due to sweating and getting rashes from skin on skin reactions. CaraMia has changed my life in a positive way. I can now wear a bra everyday without being embarrassed as to how I look, and feel confident that no one can tell I wasn't wearing one. I did take out the padding, because I didn't need it, and they have a convenient opening so they can be removed. CaraMia bras are so comfortable. They lift a little, but I am happy with that. Thank you Cara Mia for helping in making me more confident and making a product that helps with my conditions. $95 for 6 bras is an amazing price, considering I would have to pay up to $120 for something I probably couldn't wear on a daily basis.

I was looking for comfortable and well-made bras. I saw their advertisement on TV. I ordered one set of CaraMia Bra online, as their phone number has no real person to answer the phone. I tried to update the order to two sets, but it become a nightmare. The cost of my order on the website was incorrect and the amount was more than what I was given, there is no way the representatives can correct it. I called many times I ended up paying $6.99 shipping for one set. After I received them, I thought I was just going to give a try. The products were tight, heavy and not well made at all. I have to return them. I ended up paying another $8 to ship it back to them. Everything about this company; services and product are not good. I paid $15 to learn my lesson. I finally got good bras from other places. Stay away from CaraMia Bra.

So disappointed. I am a full figured girl and this just does not make sense. I watched the adds and looked great but it is so hard to hook the hooks and the lace doesn't even cover anything. Still hanging! The fact they say it is for full figure is not true!

I ordered three bras and they sent me the wrong size. I was told that I needed to return them and then I was going to be charged for returning them and getting them replaced when it was their fault not mine. I was so mad I told him I was just going to return it for a refund and they told me I would only get 20% back of my original price. Bad bad bad business will not order from them ever again and will tell Everyone I know about what happened

I ordered a set of bra's from this company on April 24/21... the size was too small. I felt as if I was suffocating in the bra. I phoned for an exchange but apparently they didn't have a larger size. I was told I did not have to return the item that was too small and that a replacement size would be shipped. I've been waiting since April 27th still no bra. I've tried to phone customer service but it goes to voice mail. States that the hours are 8-4 p.m. it's 3:30p.m. And no one is answering the phones. This product not only sucks so does their customer service. Don't buy this product. It's an overpriced sports bra that will make you feel like you're in bondage. Order # **************... no photo

I received my order of 3 caramia bras and had been excited to get them. Upon receipt and opening the package I was very disappointed. The straps were not the same, the lace was very flimsy and there was no support what so ever. I may as well have gone without a bra at all when I tried it on. I was definitely NOT impressed. When I called to get the return instructions, I was offered a 20% discount then a 35% discount but I was not interested at all. I returned the products and ended up paying a $30 Purolator charge to get them back to Caramia. I learned my lesson the hard way to not buy anything advertised on TV. When I hear anyone mention these bras it will come with a WARNING.

When l purchased their bras they were labeled that they were made in China! I have the proof (labels).
I NEEDED A DIFFERENT SIZE AND THEY SAID I COULD NOT RETURN THEM OR EXCHANGE THEM. THEY ARE NOT SUPPORTIVE AND NOT COMFORTABLE.
POOR QUALITY! DON'T BUY THEM!

DO NOT BUY! Just a sports bra and a cheap one. Thin material across the breast with a cheap insert like a swimsuit has (which is visible through your shirt), and that insert was actually kind of dried out and wrinkly? Tight across the band (I'm a 36C and got a large) but then the breasts have zero support with the thin material (think light a pair of tights?). The wrap around lacy bits that are supposed to provide support slip under your breasts and are also thin and stretchy, providing, again, zero support. They advertise lift and separate, but in reality give you sports bra uniboob. DO NOT BUY. Returned same day as arrival as one try on was all I needed to know that this is crap.

I ordered a set in three pieces. When I ordered it, I followed in size instruction but it's wrong, it didn't fit. I contacted customer service - Kelly, she offered me some other products with special offer. I insisted to have an exchange. (The return address is in China, not Canada as advertised) After the return, times of follow up and have no response from Kelly. I lost US$75 and got nothing.
Don't believe what the advertisement, it's just a lie. Poor quality, poor customer service, mail from China, not Canada

I saw the ads on TV and I said to myself, wow it looks so confortable. I ordered 2 in full confidence as they advertised FULL REFUND. First I followed the chart for the size and it's far too big. The fabric is very bad quality. I contacted the customer services and the offered me to refund 25% of the price I paid (without tax) and to keep the bras. I didn't want to keep the bras. They answered: ¨To return the parcel and get a full refund. The returning process may take about a month and the shipping fees may cost you about 20 USD. ¨ Conclusion: Don't buy because if it doesn't fit, you are stock with it and you will get a small refund.

The bra is more like a girdle. Did not like at all.

So called to get refund instructions. The customer service rep said to keep the bras I had and she would send a different size as they run very small because of dye used. (Interesting, eh?) She even said I could give the bras I had away.

When I called the second time for refund instructions, I was told to return BOTH sets I received for a complete refund. Luckily I had not given the first set away.

It cost me almost as much as I paid for the bras to send the bras back! What a ripoff!

I hardly, if ever, write reviews but felt compelled to write this as I think most of the very bad reviews were from those who had my experience. I saw these bras on a tv presentation as was. Excited to order. I had tried bras for months at different stores and there was always something not right for me. I went online and brought up the site put my order in the cart and then a message came on to ask if I wanted to save another 15%, so who wouldn't? It took me to the website and placed the order. 3 weeks later I went to track the order and it was at some Chinese station. I got the phone number for Caramia off the website, called and found my order number was not theirs and I was not in their system. These are only made and shipped in USA. I placed the order for 3 bras and I received 5 days later. They may not be liked by all, but I have.to say I love them. I am 3 8D and ordered large and are a great fit. It takes a little time to get used to putting them on, but once learned it is easy. I have a better shape and not bulging over the sides and straps and back are very comfortable. I will buy again. 3 weeks later I received the ones from China. I opened the packet and the bras looked like they would only fit a thin teenager! I returned them. I must think a lot of reviewers received the copy cat ones as I did. Make sure you stay on the Caramia website and not diverted to the scam one.
