I was very pleased with the service from Capt. Tickets and more importantly I didn't feel ripped off. There were no processing fees. Everything including the photos of the view from the seat was accurate! I'll definitely use them again
Captainticket claims to not charge a service fee for its L. A. Dodger tickets. While they do not print the term "service charge" on their invoice list, they simply add that standard service amount to the ticket price itself. It's best to order game tickets directly from the L. A. Dodger toll free number.
I had never heard of Captain Ticket but my grandson wanted to send his mom to see newsboys and sent me your link. I ordered her the ticket and she was thrilled! She had a great time there and had no problems with her eticket. Thank you! You were the only place he could afford.
I bought ticket for the Rolling Stones Concert for May 2020 in San Diego. Unfortunately Covid hit and all concerts were cancelled. Since the concert wasn't rescheduled due to prolonged Covid epidemic I tried to get my ticket price refunded. After several emails and attempts to reach somebody, I never received a response or an answer. Lesson learned! I will never buy from a third party, clearly a rip off!
Tickets were a fair price. Other sites change a little lower ticket price but then add on the service fees and they are more expensive. Would definitely recommend captain ticket.
