Capitalix is a complete scam. Once all your trades become completed, attempting to withdraw your money from their platform results in excruciating delays. The support service is not responding and my funds seem to be frozen. Hopes for a withdrawal had long since disappeared, and the whole situation created a feeling of disappointment and helplessness. If I hadn't received assistance from zachhelpdeskk.online after sending a complaint to them, i would have become a significant victim of this unregulated fraud, which would have effectively destroyed my financial situation.

Completely False trading, Nearly 0.25 difference all the time in values compare to direct shares on line.
They charges 20% swap charges per day on invested amount. Example, invested 100 dollers and kept for 5 days, your swap charges are 5 X 20% of 100 dollers, equivalent to 100 dollers,.
So you never come out with profit, with these very high swap charges.

Falsely promissing to give Bonuses on investments. Till date no bonuses,

Supporting team will never give you proper suggestion.

If any body with huge amounts, then invest in this capitalix without expecting profits, only expect losses.

They are stealing money from many people. They force me to deposit more money to get my money back.
I have all the conversation between me and them on phone and telegram.
And FSA is not doing any thing

They are absolute third rated cheats, they will initially show profits but will never ever allow you to withdraw. In 2 to 3 Weeks they will say eveything is lost and show that your account is in loss and ask you to invest more. They are absolute frauds. The account manager is a huge huge fraud. They should be reported.

Mr Prashanth is my Personal manager. He is talking nicely but Fraud they won't respond. I am telling you clearly. Whenever they want deposit. They will call you. You don't have specific number to call them to ask any thing. It's a fraud ight

This is totally a fradulent company and platform. They say they will add bonus and pull into trade. After few transaction, they made you to add more and more saying that your need to maintain 100% or 80% margin etc etc and some how trap you to deposit more, then they disappear. If you argue with them on their negligence or trap, they threaten you saying your account is going to be suspended. They ask you to deposit another $1000 so that they can add bonus again. They all work from India only but they claim they work from Cyprus. One guy accidentally mentioned he is working from India (somewhere in Pune, may be they have offshore call center there). They show you somehow you are in profit and they promise you they help you in returning your money back to your bank accounts but they disappear or delay slowly and suck up all your money

They are a bunch of south Indians running this bogus company. I have lost 7000 $ on the advice of one of their consultants, Mr Syed Sameer Shaikh. First they convinced me that we could earn profits within 3-4 days in international stocks so initially i invested 5000 $ and i earned a profit of almost 5000 $ within 3-4 days. They asked me to invest further and then i refused and i requested to see the withdrawl first. Withdrawl process is very slow and they say its AI based but it is under their control, they refused my withdrawl of 3000$ once. When they realised i am not going to invest further, they invested my entire money in one stock without leaving any free margin and then my account got suspended due to no free margin and i lost all the money that i had in my account. They are big cheaters. This guy connected me his manager Mr Vibin, another fraud of his company who tried to convince me that his company is the best in the world, all lies.

These people are professional thieves, they will mislead you into thinking you are buying equities when in fact they are selling you dangerous derivatives, Contract for Difference (CFD), in a leveraged transaction so your losses keep multiplying. On top of that they charge you renewal fees on a daily basis for the CFD's so you keep sinking in a loss and can never get out of it; convenient way for them to take all your money. They probably issue the CFD's themselves so the money they supposedly lend you to leverage is fake money.
These people are hiding in Cyprus, so no one can get to them. STAY AWAY.

This is one online bogus platform I invested $200 for the start one female called hemalatha telling me lot of stories and eg and nice polished talk she told me whatever u invested just take it back on daily basis then the personal manager came and introducing and nice polished talk again he told me to deposit $1000 u ll get double within a weeks time but within a week my margin level is low and again he told me to keep the margin safe u have to invest another $1000 dollar and then the numbers shows I am earning something but only the pictures not in real money then he told me to withdraw only 600 dollars wereus I have invested 2200 dollars. After I placed withdrawel nothing happened and he is not responding any of my messages not a proper contact also finally I lost full amount he casually telling that is not our problem market is like that if u invest again we will retrieve u back full amount what kind of fake company is this totally don't invest and loose your hard earned money

It is the worst company I met, all liers, try to traps you by adding money to the account, later on forget your money, they are thieves, many persons will call you to deposit the money, plus they will give you a wrong expectations to trap you and never get your money back I lost my money and they try to convince me to make another deposit, they are the worst Company

They are really good at making you trust them, but make no mistake, if you give them your money, you will never see it again.
The platform is a toy one, they can manipulate it as they want. All the credit and bonusses that they offer are fake, they only want you to deposit your money and when they have left you with nothing they will make you loose it and then close your account.
If you already lost money with them go to your bank and if less than 6 months have passed, they will investigate and freeze the money until they figure out if it really was a scam and you could get it back. Send them messages, screenshots and any proof of the scam.

Please, Capitalix, stop pushing people with no trading experience to deposit and trade. They push you to deposit, and they will advise you to take risky trades. They give you a bonus, which, if you are not clever, may allow your actual equity to be blown out and you still think you are in the game, but that amount you cannot withdraw it. They will keep asking you to deposit more capital, until it becomes veeeeeeeeery boring. Their help is dependent on you adding more capital. Please do not us not do this. What is your actually benefit when peoplelose money, from your trading advice. If you claim to be a regulated broker, act professionally; it's better if a trader loses money due to their lack of knowledge than if you give them risky trades and keep asking for more capital.
