I was new to trading first manager his name is samer kept pushing me to deposit 5000 he made me buy gold then he left me to find my self losing then manager Eman pushed me with all nagging at the end deposited ******* $ she kept asking me to open positions even she was asking me to do hedge so I have free margin so I can open more positions I followed what she say blindly they are very good layers then she disappeared to find my self minus ******* $ kept calling them for four days no answer another manager and another manager then they asked to to take loan after long I refused they didn't even work on my hedges now I lost all my money. Eman asked me how much is my saving and she disappeared when I deposited it all. Such a scam and fraud. Will keep posting this every way hope it will be closed will even sue them

Pathetic platform for any transaction. They will keep on bugging you to take their services. And you don't then they call you at odd hours and question you. Bunch of fraud buggers! Stay far away from this platform!

These people are fraud and asking for 200$ investment initially and asking for more and more investment. If you are investing continuously then your money will be in profit zone but still they did not allow you to withdraw it. If you stop investing then immediately your money in loss zone and asked you to either invest more or leave the market. Please please don't fall this trap. This is really bull$#*!. Don't allow your hard earned money to this kind fraud company makes profit.

Initially I was promised that they is no chance of getting loss, as they have the access to stop loss in case if it's going into loss. But nothing happening. Actually I applied for withdrawal and they didn't even approve my withdrawal. It's was on hold. Instead of helping in it. They forced me to invest on other stock and it went in minus balance and now they are forcing me to invest more. And customer service was also very rude and there was no proper explanation. There behaviour turned opposite when they got to know that we applied for withdrawal anr have no more interest to invest more.

Capital IX is totally a scam where you can only see profits in account but couldn't withdraw and utilize it any more. They will force you to deposit more and more due to the loss of trading which have been made due to their predictions. Finally when you held up with no funds to deposit, you will loss whatever you deposited already. I have lost $15k on it and advice others to avoid using that platform

Anyhow I managed to get their Head Office address and Phone No. (mentioned at their website) physically verified at Seychelles and found that there is nothing related to Capitalix at that address.
Even if you invest, initially everything will look very smooth and fine. After few days, your all investment will start going negative and will never recover. Now you have lost all your money.
Don't believe on good reviews about them at different websites, it's all managed by them. I am mentioning what I have faced. Now it's up to you.

Capitalix staff is really arrogant and they pressurise you more and more money to be invested. We have lost money. It is clear cut theft of people's hard earn money. Don't trust these people. Very bad. Managers are getting salary by making loss to customers and company is getting commission.

When using a trading app you expect to see the accurate prices of the shares of each company and the actual fluctuation in it. So, what will you think when the prices are not correct and the changes are separated from the actual ones, and when they make you gain some money first to fool you and never win a deal again, and when they stop replay to your messages after losing these deals. Won't you feel stolen and fooled that's what we encountered while using this app and the reason behind losing all the money that we had been saving for a while. So don't burn your money by using this app to trade.

I was nearly a victim to this scheme after investing a great deal with them, they refused letting me withdraw insisting that i had to pay some percentage in form of taxes which i obliged and paid for fear of losing my initial deposit. But they still refused letting me withdraw any money from my account. I had no option but to file a compliant with a firm called zachhelpdeskk.online, they requested for all information as regards the transaction which i submitted to them. All thanks to their team i was able to get everything i taught was lost restored b-ack to me.

I have been collaborating with this brokerage company for over a year. Capitalix is just an excellent broker with very favorable trading conditions. The trading platform never lags, and there have been no problems with money withdrawal at all. Very low spreads. If you're looking for a reliable broker, confidently open an account with Capitalix.

They let you get lost and you don't understand anything and they make you lose and you don't know how all they care about is how they take advantage of the customer. This company's representative Junaid contacted me and asked to invest 200 us dollars with the promise that I will get atleast 800 rupees per day.I initially got a profit of 20 dollars but started getting calls to invest huge amounts.when I resisted I lost my whole amount in a few days.Now after 2 months they are again harrassing us to invest again.we have blocked them.But wish to make others cautious.

Don't trust that company, they will manipulate you to make you invest all of your money and when you stop putting more money on your account they make your money disappear. When they understand that you are not willing to invest more money they make you open positions that supposedly are losing money (it s a smoke window) and you end up with a 0 balance account. You will also have a very hard time redrawing money from them. They have all types of arguments to stop you from doing it. I lost a lot of money with them. I hope you will take this warning seriously.

Stay away everyone from trading platform Capitalix or capitalix.com, running fake trading from Seychelles: they give you fake trades, high fees, push you to transfer money, almost terrorizing the customer, they have account managers with poor experience - who lure you into trades that are mostly losing, they will never allow you to withdraw your money: they add traps such as bonuses that they take away without warning; if in trouble, there is no one to refer to: BIG Warning: don't register with them! They never provide with a summary of your trades; no transparency: I lost 100 k with them and I don't want anyone to suffer!

They have a professional people to convince you to add money. They will advise you indirect to lose money. And if you didn't listen to them and you became winners. You will not be able Withdraw the amount. They can allow you to take thousand or 2. In the beginning. Just to make you feel comfortable. Then you will not be allowed.
