I started my investment in Capitalix in January 2023, throughout a year of my experience with them, I had several advisors who all behave in the same way, they are very skilled at deceiving: first they were kind and attentive to me and They seemed very willing to help me obtain very good profits on their platform and they dazzled me with the promise of excellent profits, but in reality that was just the hook to convince me until practically forcing me to invest more money, since they were gradually putting pressure on me every time. Once again to get me to do it, since it took me a while to do it, they used the tactic of insulting me, offending me and putting strong pressure on me to do it until threatening me with losing the money I had already invested; Furthermore, they were cruel to me and acted with treachery and advantage since I had never had experience in trading and they knew it because I told them, they told me the operations that I should open on their platform, which I see were wrong. Intentional and with fraud, since at first it seemed that they were going well because they indicated operations that earned even a little and that obtained profits but then they indicated other operations that caused me to lose all my invested capital. When that happened they conditioned me that yes or yes, with no other option, I would have to invest more money again to be able to recover it and they promised me that now we would do very well and it would not happen again. In those moments they behaved much more rude, more insulting, more offensive and blackmailing, they hung up on me or they didn't call me or they did it only to give me an ultimatum to deposit more money with the threat that if I didn't I would lose everything. I invested and they gave me little time to raise thousands of dollars; They pressured me a lot, they are despotic in their treatment and above all they lie to you, they deceive you with false promises, since beforehand with their bad practices it is very difficult for you to get your money back.
It is a bad practice in which they made me lose my money and asked me to invest more, it became recurring and each time they asked me for a larger amount, they even harassed me to sell my car or to sell a property, in this case my house with the false promise that in a few days I would be recovering it, which is even more false, they have no scruples as long as they take money from you. I made several deposits with them and in all cases I still cannot recover my money due to their false promises and bad practices in the operations that they, as advisors, tell you to carry out. Capitalix, in my experience, is a way to scam investors with a sophisticated tactic that targets all of their customers in a similar way.

A Cautionary Tale - My Unpleasant Three-Month Experience with Capitalix

My first bone to pick with Capitalix is their at best ill-advised, at worst woefully naive trading advice. Upon comparative analysis with other trading platforms, it becomes patently clear that Capitalix's advisory team possesses a disconcerting deficiency in discerning accurate news narratives, and applying analytical insights and financial acumen effectively.

Compounding this issue is Capitalix's questionable business ethic. Their reported claims about rules and conditions are empirically dishonest, bordering on wilful deception. Pay special attention when drawn into discussions surrounding cashback or bonus agreements — their representatives exhibit a profoundly disconcerting persuasion strategy, prioritising coercion over honest client interest.

Their withdrawal process is a grotesque labyrinth, seemingly designed to dissuade users from successfully retrieving their money. It was only after threatening to depart their platform did I experience a sense of urgency on their part to process withdrawal requests.

More concerningly, Capitalix appears to aggressively advocate for high-risk positions, especially amid commodity trading, when your balance is performing well. This tactic has the potential to swing your balance into an overdraft, culminating in further deposits, which in long term, proves fatal for your financial security.

Capitalix also imposes staggering margins between market buy and sell values — a blatant non-alignment with competitive market standards.

Furthermore, expect no consistent stewardship of your digital wallet. Chains of agents, each overpowering the other with conflicting advice and strategies, operate with the pure intention of swaying inexperienced traders.

To illustrate, I received a call from one of the most unscrupulous yet naive agents, a man who goes by the name Mohamed and disingenuously claims Syrian roots. I guess he lies about his roots as well. His trading advice bordered on reckless as he urged me to buy Natural Gas in substantial volumes without a stop-loss mechanism - all this while the commodity was at its peak price. This flagrantly defies a fundamental principle in trading: refrain from buying at the peak, instead, sell at these heights and buy at the troughs.

Technical glitches plague their platform — a serious issue when swift decision-making is vital in the realms of trading. This unreliability precipitates sporadic losses, tarnishing an already frustrating experience.

Persistently, they badger you with alarming insistence and a high-pressured approach. Steering clear of them becomes crucial as they invariably resort to blaming you for their ill-informed advice. Make haste with your exit; don't spare them an extra second.

Regrettably, the experience is disturbingly reminiscent of a scene where hyenas fiercely compete for control, with agents routinely issuing contradictory advice designed to fuel confusion and instil vulnerability.

For your own financial peace of mind, if you're currently on the platform, I strongly advise closing any open trades and exiting immediately. The risks, palpably clear and abundantly destructive, outweigh any potential benefits.

In closing, I label Capitalix as a manipulative, naive, and dishonest entity. Guard yourself against their unethical practices, and should you have the misfortune of being currently embroiled in this platform, my advice is to withdraw at your earliest convenience. Please resist being ensnared by their sweet words; prioritize your financial safety first, and remember — discretion is the better part of valour.

بعد تجربة معقدة استمرت لثلاثة أشهر مع Capitalix - منصة التداول عبر الإنترنت - أجد أنه يترتب عليّ المسؤولية أن أقدّم تقريراً عن تجربتي بتلك الخدمة، محذراً بشدة جميع المتداولين الباحثين عن منصة تعمل بفعالية ونزاهة.

أول خيبة أمل قد تتعرض لها كانت في النصائح التجارية التي تقدمها Capitalix، التي وجدتها في الأحسن قصوراً في المعرفة، وفي الأسوأ سذاجة. بعد تحليلي ومقارنتي مع منصات التداول الأخرى، وجدت أن الفريق الاستشاري للمنصة يعاني من نقص كبير في تفسير الأخبار بشكل صحيح وتطبيق المعرفة المالية والتحليلية بطريقة فعالة.

ويزيد من حدة هذه المشكلة السلوك التجاري المشكوك في صدقه لدى Capitalix. تقاريرهم حول القواعد والشروط تعود إلى خداع متعمد، يميل إلى التضليل الفعلي. انتبه جيداً عند الدخول في نقاشات حول اتفاقيات الكاش باك أو العلاوات - يُظهر ممثلوها استراتيجية إقناع مزعجة، تركز على الإكراه بدلاً من مصلحة العميل الصادقة.

عملية السحب لديهم قمة في التعقيد، وكأنها مصمة لمنع المستخدمين من استرجاع أموالهم بنجاح. فقد كان الأمر يحتاج إلى تهديد بالخروج من المنصة حتى يتم معالجة طلبات السحب.

عندما يكون رصيدك جيدا وتحاول التعديل وتوزيع نشاطك التجاري، يميلون إلى نصحك باتخاذ مراكز عالية المخاطر خاصة في تداول السلع، ما يجعل رصيدك مدينًا، مما يجبرك بالتالي على إيداع مزيد من الأموال.

للتوضيح، تلقيت مكالمة من أحد الوكلاء الأقل ضميرًا ولكنه ساذج، يدعي أنه يدعى محمد ويدعي بصورة غير صادقة أنه من سوريا. كانت نصيحته التجارية تقريبًا طائشة عندما حثني على شراء الغاز الطبيعي بأحجام كبيرة دون آلية لوقف الخسارة - كل هذا في حين كانت السلعة في ذروة سعرها. هذا يتعارض صراحة مع مبدأ أساسي في التداول: تجنب الشراء في الذروة، بل بيع في هذه الارتفاعات وشراء في القيعان.

كما يفرض Capitalix هوامش فوق العادة بين قيمة السوق سواء عند البيع أو الشراء - ما يتعارض بشكل غير عادل مع المعايير التنافسية للسوق.

لا تتوقع أن يكون لديك وكيل مخص للعناية بمحفظتك. بدلاً من ذلك، ستلقى مكالمات من وكلاء مختلفين يقدمون نصائح واستراتيجيات متناقضة، حيث يحاولون أن يضلوك ويقلبوك.

تعاني منصتهم من الأخطاء الفنية - مشكلة خطيرة عندما تكون سرعة اتخاذ القرارات حاسمة في عالم التداول. هذه النقائص تسب خسائر غير متوقعة خصوصا عند إغلاق الصفقات.

بدون أي شك، هذه التجربة تذكرني بمشهد الضباع التي تتنافس بقوة على السيطرة على الفريسة، حيث الوكلاء يقدمون بشكل دوري نصائح متناقضة تهدف إلى الإرباك والقلق.

لضمان سلامتك المالية، إذا كنت حالياً على المنصة، أنا أنصح بشدة بإغلاق أي صفقات مفتوحة والخروج فورًا. الأخطار المحتملة و الخسارة المالية تفوق أي فائدة

يتواصلون معك باستمرار وبسلوك مزعج وضاغط. تجنبهم أمر بالغ الأهمية حيث ينتقلون دائمًا إلى إلقاء اللوم عليك بسب النصائح السيئة التي يقدمونها. قم بالخروج بسرعة؛ لا تمنحهم ثانية إضافية.

في النهاية، أطلق على Capitalix اللقب انها منصة متلاعبة، ساذجة، وغير صادقة. احمي نفسك ضد ممارساتهم غير الأخلاقية، وإذا كنت لا زلت متواجدًا في هذه المنصة فعالياً، نصيحتي هي الانسحاب في أقرب فرصة ممكنة. الرجاء عدم الوقوع في فخ كلامهم، وأعتبر سلامتك المالية أولاً وتذكر – الحذر خير من الندم.

Don't fall for it please. Save yourself from scammers, liars, and rude behaviour/ unprofessional staff! They don't know how to communicate or deal with a customer. They ask for your money as if it's theirs, they force you in every way to activate your account by calling you many times until you activate your account. Please please don't fall for them. I have created an account with them and had a worst experience ever! They communicate ridley with you, orders you to not withdraw your money and why dis you withdraw, they control you basically. It looks a torture to me. They don't respect your decisions and they don't provide you with what they have communicated with you! So much paper work which they don't disclose in the beginning and withdrawal also takes maximum 10 days in some conditions. I wasn't provided with anything they communicated from day 1 and also they're not on same page, their team at the time of activating your account shows you a very bright picture of your investment and that they would provide you with account manager who will guide you but when you reach to the account manager after completing your account activation, you will be surprised with different communication from the side of account manager and if you try to explain him that you have agreed to activate the account on several conditions he will only ask you to deposit and leave good amount of money in your account which starts at 200USD and if you don't agree to leave this full amount in your account they will behave very rudely with you, they won't provide you training and also they will hung up the phone on you after telling you that we will close your account if you don't invest 200 USD. How can you trust these kind of people? With your 200 USD. First of all if they're not professional enough to communicate with you respectfully they can't teach you anything. Their main manager said to me that if you don't cancel your withdrawal then go and take courses on trading online. My account managers are very well experienced etc etc and they're not here to give trainings without the deposit of 200 USD. Bcz I have requested to withdraw it and they are pushing me to cancel the withdrawal and when I didn't agree they became very Very rude to me and the main manager hung up and the way she spoke to me really its unbelievable! She was too loud and said that we are a very so called big company and do you think that we the capitalix team should all be on one page of communication? I don't know what the person told you at the time of account activation but we can't provide you with anything that you were promised at the time of account activation and that you have misunderstood. She and they put all the wrong On you, really! And in a very Very bad manner. I am thinking to check some way of complaining bcz this behaviour is unacceptable specially in UAE. So please I would advise all to kindly uninstall this app and remove/cancel your accounts with them ASAP before they do it with you and spread my msg to everyone so that the capitalix platform is closed and can learn a very good lesson! Sometimes if you try to reply to their same email it won't work so it was also fishy to me 14. Very bad staff 15. Bad communication 16. Only interested in your money 17. Doesn't fulfill their commitments 18. Blames you 19. Over rule you 20. Orders you 21. If you don't answer their call they will call you tons and tons of times with different numbers 22. Rule you and get into your personal life and personal decisions 23. If you missed their call they will say why you didn't pick the call? You answer. Ok then they explain everything about the account if you deny to activate your account they will say why? If you say you don't want to they will say why? As if it's their decisions and they're your boss. If you give any reason even if you say that someone is sick and right now I can't deposit, they will say no problem deposit 200 USD and activate your account so that you start to get training and if your schedules is busy and you excuse they will say why? Right now the margins are very good and later on you won't get this and if you excuse they will say why? Why are you not being smart business man/woman? Right now the market is going up and you can open position as low as 1 AED and if you still deny they will say why they keep saying why as if really they are your controllers and then they will at the end ask you to atlease activate your account with 200 USD and you can withdraw it once you do that the withdrawal system wont work unless you upload all your personal documnets inclusing your full address, gas, water or these kind of bills and then the withdrawal also takes too much time to reach in your account. Mine is still not deposited. Also they have off on SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS and you wont receive any payment before 24 hours whixh they promise before activation of your acoount sadly! My question is who are they to ask us why?!?
Please, I have made a mistake but please you don't fall for it and just don't/ never answer their call after excusing and if they persist block their numbers. They don't deserve to be in our life by any means and their trash website + app + their whole bad, unprofessional, rude team with zero experience in everything. After they reach their target and fulfill their needs they will really really insult you and hung up the call on you saying that you are the only first In their whole customers who is complaining or having problem in understanding the procedure and they will say that you have understood wrong. They will never excuse and won't provide you with what they have promised, so please don't bother yourself. I am waiting for my withdrawal and In sha Allah I hope and pray that I will receive it and I will never listen to anyone in life specially these agents who only knows how to complete their targets. I really felt of no help when their main manager (some manager on top of account manager) communicated with me with a very loud voice insulting me and she hung up her phone one me! How can she do this IN UAE? I DONT BELIEVE. Soon I will find some way and pray to almighty Allah that their platform gets closed soon bcz we don't want to bother other people and I don't want anyone yo loose their money. Also she said to me that if you read bad comments about us then why did you activate your account? She said this bcz I denied her to cancel my withdrawal request so she got frustrated bcz I didn't listen to them as they were asking me to take my withdrawal request of 200 USD back which I denied bcz of their rude and unprofessional behaviour and then she hung up the phone on me saying that it took too long from her and she can't explain me anything further but who cares?! Those people are scammers. Stay away from them. Here is what's going to happen to you: first they will ask you to deposit a small amount of money and they will promise you a margin 10 times your deposit, they will give you a bad advice which will make you lose 10% of your real money but with margin, your loss will be 100%. They will close your account and tell you that's because your margin fell to zero even though you still have 90% of your actual money. If you complain, they will ask you to deposit more money and they will match that amount. What they really do is to show you a bigger number on the app but these are just fake numbers and not real money. You will lose again and they will repeat the process of fake promises and bad advice. When you lose all your money and decide to sue them, they will reach a deal with you, they will return all your money back to the account under one two conditions, first you deposit about $20K and they will trade for your for at least a month. They will show you how much you profit and make you believe you gained a lot of money. If you decide to withdraw it, they will ask for a 5% commission, if you pay, they will ask for foreign currency exchange fee which is about 1%. If you pay all of that, they will send you a fake bank transfer statement. When you don't receive your money, they will tell you that you sent them wrong bank information. Finally they will tell you that you have received the money even though you didn't! If you tell them that you will sue them, they will tell you good luck and stop communicating with you. The good is that I got screen shots of The fake numbers playing as they controlled the number with no matching to the real chart at time. Even I have videos and proofs when I open it on the tablet and video it on the phone while opening the real spot rate on other phone. Also have all call recorder for all there calls from day 1, This proof might help but will not sure get my money back, at least I might get them blocked from ministry of trade and finance in Qatar, and announcement as fraud to all banks not to allow any transfer or card payment to them. Thanks God I told them the amount I have in my account around 5% of the real amount so they showed there real face when I finished the 10,000$, if they Knew the full amount they will not stop till they steal all your money.
