Iv already tried to send a complaint, recieved nothing so far. The quality was terrible in my canvas I'm not even going to hang it. So disappointing.

No customer service at all. Can't even reply ....

I'm disappointed in the customer service! The website did not clearly state the price of shipping my order. $211 for my canvases and $280 to ship them! It was not listed as a charge on the final page until payment was taken. I tried to communicate with customer service who did not listen or take any steps to adjust or resolve the issue. I was not asking for a hand out or anything for free! Just a reasonable adjustment to fix what was not clearly explained in my order. After ordering from here for years, I'll sadly not be returning

I have proof of order and the say they didn't get no order for me thin why take money out of my bank account. I'm ready to call a lawyer

Horrible quality, do not like the picture at all! Maybe I'll try again. I tried to find out about return process where it stated that return if unsatisfied

Stay away from them. I paid for all the extra stuff (professional editing) and the first one was not even cropped. They made another one and flipped/streached the photo. Doesn't look good. I give up. Hopefully my wife will be satisfied with one of the two since it's a surprise picture of our kids. Sorry can't take pictures. Still in box waiting to give to my wife.

I ordered a 16x20 size canvas for my daughter's birthday & I was very disappointed to see, when I received it, that part of her face was missing in the photo! Canvas People had enlarged the photo too much & not only did it no longer fit properly in the space allowed,but I could barely see the beautiful ocean & sky background behind the people, because the people in the photo had become so big. When I contacted Canvas People customer service about the issue, they blamed me for not cropping it properly! They are supposed to be the professionals,so shouldn't they preview the photo & fix such an issue BEFORE they make the canvas? Well, they would not admit to any wrong doing on their part, so they will never get anymore business from me. There are many canvas companies to choose from & I will choose one that cares about satisfying their customers in the future. Very BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! :(

I fit a picture on their website, it fit as per their instructions, when I received the canvas 2 people where on the side. They will do nothing only refuse any credit and want to charge me again. Do not use this company, I have lost over $40 and I did not have the Christmas present. Very poor AVOID

Terrible product and even worse customer service uploaded photo with plenty of space to use for canvas wrap around and they still cut off head and feet

We were offered one of CanvasPeople's advertising products: a "free" pillow with the photo of your own choice. Since canvas is one of our favors, we decided to give it a try. What a surprise after paying $20+ dollars for so called shipping fee, the pillow arrived is a size of only 10"x10", not a standard dimension we expected, very disappointed. After chatting with the neighbors, we were encouraged to write a review so that people will know what to expect. For sure we will not use them again and don't recommend it to anyone.

These people run a special and then charge over $22 in shipping PER ITEM. Even for just a small 6x6 piece. I had 15 pieces in my order which should only cost them - $25 - $30 to ship and they wanted to rob me blind for OVER $350 in just shipping. This practice is HIGHLY UNethical.

I couldn't get the whole photo in no matter what size I tried. And it isn't truly free when the shipping is so excessive!

This was the second time I had to contact CanvasPeople regarding a print. Both times you replaced the original canvas but why does it take two tries.

Customer service replaced both prints and the prints were received in a very timely manner. Very concerned It took two tries to get good prints.

What I approve completely different what you guys sent to me. We never had a problem with previous orders but if is like this I will give you guys a bad review as well you will lose us as a customer. This is very upset and disappointed and make us lose the trust on your company. I am very upset and disappointed.bad customer service. That what I got and what I approve is completely different. Both pictures they cut off the head.

They sent me a canvas with my son's head cut off. They said I approved it this way which is inaccurate. They refused to fix or refund money. I will never purchase from them again and would discourage you to as well due to dishonest work ethic. Just a warning. They don't stand behind there work.

I have ordered several canvases. I got an Easter promo & completely got ripped off on their shipping cost. I over 200 bucks in shipping & then to top it off they packed every single photo in the same box but charged me over 20 bucks on each individual photo. The photos were $1.99 for 8x10's & $9.99 for an 18x24. I will NEVER use their service again.

After being charged over $200 bucks actually almost $300 bucks in phony shipping cost, I called their customer service to find out why my charge was sooo high & she told me there was nothing she could do about it!! Never again!!

TOOK FOREVER to receive... even with expedited shipping. I ordered a portrait from CANVAS PEOPLE for my wife's birthday, got all the options to clean up photo but the didn't (see photo attached). Paid $20 EXTRA for expedited shipping...it came ground a week after her birthday. I asked them to refund the extra shipping charge they said NO. Please tell all your friends.

I received my order today, it's awful. Definitely will NOT be hanging it up. My son looks RED. I looked at the photo I sent and his skin tone looks normal. However, in the canvas he looks like he has a severe sunburn. Soooo disappointed!

I've been waiting a month for my canvas, they sent me an email stating my canvas had been delivered however, after reviewing my 360 security cameras around my home and after a half hour of looking for it, it was never delivered. I've tried contacting them and was even told they are going to send another to replace the one I never got. I still have yet to get anything, if I ever get anything I'll most likely up date or change my review. Until then I am never going to recomend or buy again.

I recently received my 18 x 24 canvas photo and I have to say that on opening it to preview before giving as a gift that I am very disappointed. I realize that the blurry look may have been from enlarging the photo, but I have ordered even from Walgreens and if you try to go to large it will not let you due to distortion. I had assumed that a company that is making their name on this product would have at a minimum done the same! I will say they have offered to let me order again at 50% off but why would I do that and spend more money with a company that I may end up with the same results. Beware, order at your own risk! There are plenty of other canvas companies. The second picture is the one I submitted to them. The other 3 are the quality that came back.

I was disappointed by this canvas company that clearly has no business making canvases. I wanted a photo made for Christmas and they ruined the whole purchase experience. Save your money and shop local your better off.

I ordered a canvas for my mom for Mother's Day! It said it would be here by Mother's Day, the shipping I paid for! I contacted multiple times to see when it was going to ship as it said in production for days. All I would ever get it exactly what I could see, oh it's in production and you will be notified when shipped, I just received shipping notification and it shows it won't be here until NEXT FRIDAY, Mother's Day is THIS SUNDAY.

I'm a photographer so I assumed the quality would not be as good as my professional printer especially considering the price difference, but I wanted to try it out to recommend to clients wanting a cheaper option. I'm very disappointed. It's not even worth hanging up. Clarity and coloring are so off from my computer. Image was blurry (shot with my professional, full frame camera, high res upload) and the skin tones were very orange.

Ordered a custom pillow of our 13 year old dog who passed away, the picture blacked out his eye and cropped his ears off! When I wrote to them with my complaint, I was not offered any kind of solution. I wouldn't waste time or money with this site!
