Still havnt received my photo magnets-ordered on 11/28. And they won't give me a refund until I receive them. They were supposed to be a Birthday present for my brother. Never again will I order from this company. Lots my money-no product just money out of my pocket gone.
I worked several hours to finally get date cropped off of my picture but when canvas arrived the date is still on it. Very unhappy. This was a gift and i can't use it!

We bought a canvas picture of a bicycle and a beautiful saying, along with the couple's names and date of the wedding. The couple absolutely loved it, hung it up as soon as they received it. Everyone is very happy. I will be buying from this company again.
I purchased the mug for my boyfriend I choose the Orange Mug and had my picture put on it. He said it was the best, most thoughtful gift, anyone could of given him.
The ordering process was quick and easy and I had my print really fast. It looks amazing!

I ordered my blanket Nov 10. I received an email on Dec 3 that it was shipped. I was unaware that there is no tracking with this product - wish they would have stated that in the order process. I've tried calling 3 days in a row. Like others, the automated system repeats the "All representatives are busy" 3 times, and then disconnects.
They provide an email address, I sent an email. The email I received back was in German, and most of it encrypted. I resorted to calling Groupon, Got someone in the Philippines. Got absolutely nowhere. I guess that money was tossed to the winds.
I attempted to order photo blankets I purchased from a Groupon. The site will not let me upload my pictures due to pixel requirements. I have tried to reach them via phone and email for over a week. I have called over 50 times and each time the auto attendant disconnects after a couple minutes. This is not a company that wants to service customers as they are UNREACHABLE.
Their website states high quality and vivid photos... I ordered 2 canvases and both are very poor quality. Both were way darker than the original photos and even look stretched. I sent in 2 professional photos that I had copyright rights for and both of the canvases were like a dark orange/brown color. I was looking forward to receiving these canvases only to be disappointed when opening the boxes. I guess the statement holds true... you get what you pay for:-( I was mostly upset at their misleading statements of quality on their website.
Ordered two blankets, they are smaller than two average bath towels. Customer service was terrible n no refunds.
My experience with CanvasonSale is just as bad as many of the others. I purchased a floating canvas and so far none of the canvas's received had the floating frames. Also, one was very defective and after purchasing a hang up kit they did not send it. There phone line is never answered and they respond to complaints by sending you email that the canvas was delivered. They never respond to your issues. I will never buy from them again.
