The quality of the picture was good but I believe it was the packaging or shipping that somehow left a small crease on the face. Not horrible but I still notice it.

Print turned out great! We love the canvas, photo, and the frame. We did notice the frame needs to be mounted on all four corners otherwise the wooden frame with not stay flat against the wall.

We like these canvas prints. We have four now. They look just as we expected. There's something appealing about the canvas print that just isn't there in a glossy photo print. The canvas prints are sharp in detail, rich in color, lightweight, easy to hang. I think they look more permanent, more timeless than a glossy photo. They arrive in just a few days. We like the no-frame look with the mirror edge it's stark and simple, making the image the hero. The "mirror" edge looks as though the canvas photo were wrapped around the edge, but it's actually just a mirror image of the 3/4" edge of the photo that is wrapped. These are fine prints, and we are happy.
I initially had a color problem with the Sepia canvas prints I received. I reached out to customer service and was connected with Mary. Mary did everything she could to keep me satisfied with my purchase. She worked with me and we exchanged emails. She gave me options and assured me that we would find a solution. Kudos to excellent customer service. I am going to order more from you moving forward because of Mary M. A canvas specialist. Thank you, Mary and Canvas on Demand... Good customer service is hard to find.

Love the result with one slight exception. Once it was hung, you could see that the upper left corners of all three canvases were not pulled tight enough. Still satisfied with the overall effect.
