Exotic Pop

I ordered with this company before. They said the package would take 1-2 Weeks to deliver. After a few days I noticed I never got a tracking number so I contacted him via text message for it, he doesnt give me one but instead says it was sent out monday and should be delivered 1-2 days after i asked him about it. I did not recieve it either of those days. I proceeded to contact him and he ignored me till I went on his instagram page. He then text me back and said it was cancelled and asked if I cancelled it. I told him no and why would it be cancelled if he told me it was shipped already. This company is a joke. Dont do business with then AT ALL.

I placed an order on Feb. 21 with the promise that it would be delivered by March 1st. This would work because I needed it for a celebration on 2/30. On Feb 27th I contacted them via email because I never received a shipping confirmation. After numerous attempts they told me that it would not ship out until 3/3 because they ship out every Friday. I asked why it was not shipped out last Friday and they said I could pay $10 more for expedite shipping. Soon after my order was cancelled and my refund was sent back to paypal without any explanation. I could never get them on the phone and I have sent a number of emails asking why the order was cancelled but no one responded. Check out their reviews on Grubhub as well.
