I cancelled my order and never received a refund despite following up by email several times. They have no number to call to discuss orders either - that should have tipped me off that something wasn't right.
Beware! This place will not issue refunds and there is no real customer service despite what they say on their website.
I ordered a battery for my friend and then it turned out that they no longer needed it. I wrote to them asking for a refund within an hour of placing the order and received a response from Terry trying to sell me another battery. When I said I just wanted a refund I got no response. I emailed them several times, called the office phone (which is a mobile # from China) and still no response. It seems I'm not alone because google searches for this company turn up negative reviews. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. They just take your money.

Ordered a battery; didn't receive any tracking information, let alone a battery. After sending several emails I was able to get a full refund.
I ordered a laptop battery from CanadaTekk on March 17,2021 and used my PayPal account to pay for it and received a confirmation from PayPal that payment was successfully made to "TomTopDeal" at an email address of "*******@hotmail.com".
As of today (Mar. 27), I still have not received any confirmation of order or a shipment from CanadaTekk. I did contact the email for TomTopDeal on March 19th regarding shipping, but have still have received no reply.
I then looked up a contact email for CanadaTekk (*******@canadatekk.com or *******@canadatekk.com) and sent an email to both addresses on March 22nd asking for information on my order.
I received a reply from "Terry" today stating " We are so sorry to hear that, the order should have arrived, maybe it's lost in transit, do you agree we resend it to you? If you agree, please confirm your shipping address and phone number. Looking forward to your reply soon."
There is no way I am sending him my postal address and phone number as CanadaTekk already received this info in my purchase order.
I suspect this company is a scam, but the PayPal refund rules state that you must make attempts to contact the company and try to resolve the issue directly and then if that isn't successful after 20 days you can open a dispute application for a refund through PayPal.
I guess I'll wait another 10 days to see if I get my battery ordered of a refund from CanadaTekk.
In the meantime, I wouldn't recommend ordering anything from this company and I will be following up with a complaint to the Canadian Better Business Bureau after 20 days if I don't receive my battery or a refund from the company.
I'll revise or add a new post to update info on my experience with this company.
