Possible Scam Business

September 30, 2020

I ordered a laptop battery in July and was told that it would take 2-5 days to arrive. It did not. I replied to report that I have not heard from them nor received my battery.

Here is the content of the email he sent:_________________________________________________________________________________________
Dear Damon,
Thanks for purchasing from us, we will send out your order ASAP, the ETA is about 2 - 5 working days, please wait some more time, you will receive it soon.

The method of purchase was via PayPal to Terry.

I have since asked for multiple updates. The first request was responded to with:_________________________________________________________________________________________

I am sorry to hear that, I need to contact our warehouse for more information, please wait for my next email._________________________________________________________________________________________

All from Terry. I have sent a final email asking for a refund. I am not hopeful.
