We paid for the Growth plan package of $1106. 67, it was explained going with this plan would be all-inclusive (Be AWARE it is not all-inclusive) and that we would be able to do more than one business plan and Canadastarups. Org would do it for us. Now I have to pay extra for my second business plan, pitch deck, so a complete second business plan, is not the case and my wife has been lied to by Joshani from Canadastartups. There is no 24/7 customer support as claimed, the person we spoke to could not help us as he did not have any knowledge about what to say, You are only able to communicate via email and get the email response that they will get back to you in 24-48 hours and it takes longer than that to get a reply. Does not even reply to some emails as well. I feel defrauded by this company. Canadastarups. Org is full of promises until you pay them and they have your money. We registered for your platform in late June 2023 but didn't use it much at the time. After getting a few email reminders of upcoming grants and programs, thought we'd look into it. Glad we did as the 2 programs you suggested were both successful and funded us the $10,000 and $5,500 that we needed.
We are still a member, working with Justin. Justin is great!

As a plumbing business, most of our work is word of mouth and getting Justin on board with us to push us with the funding search was really helpful as we were able to use the funds to go digital with some of the promotion that we had. This really helped us reach more customers on the web. So very much appreciated.

My complaint is not with the people but rather the services. The main reason I signed up with them was to get help with my business plan for starting a small business with a camp and quad resort. But I was not willing to pay an additional 250 bucks for this addon. This should have been included. I ended up doing it all myself. I was ready to pull out right there but thought what could it hurt to see what they come up with as far as potential grants. After my plan was done they came back to me 5 days later with one potential client that I had already applied for outside of Canada Startups. I was hoping they would have had some awesome database of clients I couldn't find on my own. Boy was I wrong. For the money signing up and had they been a little more helpful with my business plan this company wouldn't be completely useless. In conclusion, If your starting a small business in the tourism industry and are looking for grant money, you won't find it here. The Liberal government is busy lighting fires and supporting another proxy war and not investing in Canadians. (F%$k Trudeau!). If you risk for this service use paypal. At least you can attempt to retrieve your money back

Funding via government is made out to be impossible appearing but is there for those who take the time to look. In my experience with you guys, this was proven many times over and I apologize for my initial outbursts. Your goal is defined and was very appreciated in helping me raise funds.

Assistance with government funding is what I was after and it's what I paid for. These guys helped with the pin pointing the funding options and helped quite a bit with the grant applications. Overall a 5 star experience which I would recommend

* kept sending messages and requests to sign up and promised every help he could. Once I signed up and paid almost $500, it was as if I was alone. They did not offer any assistance and wanted me to do everything on my own, which defeated the aim of subscribing to them in the first place. My money is gone, but I would like to advise anyone subscribing to them to watch out as they are not who they claim to be. They do not offer any help. They will request more money with every service you require within their platform.

Canada Startups was supportive to say the least. With their funding database we managed to secure 250k in funding.

A business plan, financial statements, PitchDeck and found funding. I used their Growth Package though for the 1000 bucks. They don't offer it but is available if you ask. I was referred to them by BDC bank to get help. Got funded $125k after my plan was done and funding search completed. Justin Fletcher was very helpful the entire process

After much struggle to find funding and to be approved on my own, I asked Canada Startups for help. They killlleed it! Got me funded, but most importantly they helped me save thousands instantly due to mistakes I had in my operational financials. Appreciate your hard work team!

ANOTHER FAKE COMPANY THAT STEAL PEOPLE MONEY SELLING SERVICES THEY WONT PROVIDE. THEY SAY THEY WILL CREATE A BUSSINES PLAN SO I COULD GET FUNDED TO START MY BUSINESS AFTER I MADE THE PAYMENT I REALIZED I GOT SCAMED AND THE AGENT STOPED ANSWERING THE FONE.

We were provided a dozen method to apply to after our first funding search. Was helpful but very overwhelming. Our expert definitely stepped up and provided such a spectacular service and hand held us through the process. Must say, am pleased. Thank you

Justin was my expert and aside from his knowledge & experiences that he shared with me while working with me on my plan and pitch, he is very polite man, very understanding of my personal circumstances and surely went above and beyond to make this work for me.

The platform here is worth every penny when it comes to the level of support that is provided. Great team of experts, plenty of government funding info and the tools are great.

At first my experince was very good. Didn't fit with my expert, Darren. We just didn't click. I asked to switch my expert and was given a new one who better understood my plan and goals. I did go through the entire method with low expectations but did manage to secure funds so deserve 5 star for you guys. Thank you

CanadaStartups experts helped me with the BDC application and applying to Fyturepreneur. A funding search done helped me find a few method that we applied to as well, not before seen on our radar or even considered. Definitely worth the 500 dollars spent on the membership.

I spent 500 bucks on the platform and was worth it to at. Got my plan done and found a few funding options. No issues.

The business plan tool is excellent. Good way to get this job done with little to no time wasted. Would recommend it a great deal.

Justin Fletcher was very expert assigned and I must say this guy never sleeps. I work during the day and my nights are free to manage my business, so having the experts there to provide support at odd times of the night was so helpful. Recommended service.
