Received the online order I placed for 5 briquette trays, to replace the rusted ones on my Viking grill. The new ones fit perfect and look great. Very happy with this company! I'd do business with them again.

Over the years, I've purchased five Kenyon grills and have always used them on boats and while camping. But I've never used their portable version before. It performed admirably and consistently. It never lets you down and is well worth the money!

Since I've had my 550B for a few weeks at least, every time I've used it, I've gotten fantastic results. The grill was incredibly simple to set up, and I couldn't be pleased with the reliability. As soon as you realize how trouble-free it is, you'll begin cooking on it frequently.

He did the same to us in 2014. If you live in the same state, you could try contacting NC department of Justice attorney general. We did but because we lived outside of the state of north carolina, they did not pursue it as we were not nc residents. We also filed with the ftc. No luck either.

Just thought everyone should know this man and his company took almost a year and many lies until I got my big daddy smoker. When I received it, it looked like crap! Shoddy welds and would not draft to get hot. Had to spend $450 just to get the smoker working right! He was BBQ heaven.net, the he changed the name to Willz Grillz( which... I bought under), then found out today that he changed his name again to Carolina BBQ Grills! The website is carolinabbqgrills.com! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MAN! His name is Willie Freeman! He is a Freud!

This company is not too bad as a they do provide a variety of parts for barbecues and all but I'm disappointed with the quality f their parts. It's very appalling!

Several weeks ago, a gentleman (I forget his name) returned my call and was very helpful in my selecting the right Beefeater parts. Thank you!
