I do not recommend this company at all. I'm pretty sure they scammed me.

I ordered in November and after multiple inquiries I was told that it was shipped and would arrive in ten business days. It was shipped via courier. I was told I should received for Christmas as it shipped the first week of December.

It is now January 11th, over six weeks since I placed this order. I ordered this to my address in Newfoundland and it did not leave Dieppe. It updated several days ago to say it's being returned to sender. They did not attempt delivery and there was no error in the address on my end.

I tried customer service and they simply do not provide customer service. I requested that they ship my order out again, as I did not receive it. They refused, saying they have to receive the order first. Asked for a refund and they have to receive it first.

So I ordered items for my kid for Christmas, had him disappointed and assured him it was still coming. Now I'm told I have to wait weeks again for it to be returned to the company before they will reship. The company did NOTHING to help me.

I do not recommend taking a chance with this store for online orders. This is the worst service I've encountered so far for online ordering. The customer service representative wouldn't even provide a telephone number to speak to someone else. Very, very poor service and I'm starting to wonder if the online store is a scam.

Worst. Customer. Service. Ever.

Order something simple. 2 plastic cups. Never came. Then they said it was returned to them because it was unclaimed? I said that's a load of $#*!!, refund me. They said they would reship for 40$. $#*!ing scam. I had paid 15$ in shipping already...

I hope they include swear words.

Don't buy their $#*!.

By the way, there are companies that will wrote good" to great" reviews about websites if you pay them.

Camouflage obviously employs this company.

Placed my order Dec 6 waited and waited after calling for two weeks finally got a hold of somebody who told me they had no record of my purchase after another few days of getting the run around finally got them to acknowledge my order but it was still processing for another few days my order was supposed to be Christmas presents so this year I will be giving late gifts thanks to camouflage.ca and heaven help you if your trying to use there 1-800 number you have better luck talking to the dead if you want my advice find another website this one is nothing but a head ache and waste of time

You may remember me, l came to your store to purchase 2 air guns, the owner, and 2 employees ignored me when l ask to see 2 guns, no one was in the shop, so don't lie and say you where busy... All you seen was a half black man, l went out and has a smoke, 35 minutes and still no air gun brought out to show me. Yes l left, and did a review, that you lied about... So it's nice to see your ranked last to buy air guns from... And lv purchased over 20 air guns from your competitors since... Don't buy from this owner, he's way over priced and will probably sell you a broken gun, seems that's what they do best, then screw you around with the no refund policy... Not Recommended... lts cheaper every where else period... l tried to add pics but it won't let me..

When looking for good quality key chains I came across Camouflage. I was so thrilled to go through the variety and bought myself and my friends 5 chains. They are affordable, good in designs and most importantly sturdy. Many of my friends appreciated my keychain and I suggested them to check Camouflage as it has brilliant collection of such unique products. They had my products delivered home. I did not have to remind them to deliver my product on time. I was offered good quality products and services without any delay in delivery. Happy with all that they do! Try out their products.

My friend who manages scout programs wanted some attractive merit badges for the kids. I was looking online and stumbled upon the Camouflage site. There were different shapes and attractive colors with different merits like painting, music etc on it. Impressed with the badges I forwarded the link to my friend and he called me back for thanking me. He booked different badges and when he passed them to the kids they were really excited with the pattern. I never thought there would be anything like Camouflage to offer brilliant products like badges. I suggest you to visit the website once to see the enormous products they sell.

I bought a cold steel katana machete from there website. The first shipment the blade has dents and flakes on them like it wasn't even finished or has been brutally tested. I sent it back and the second one they shipped looked like it had been hand grinder (not machine grinded). They want me to pay for shipping if I return the second one or give me a 15%discount. This isn't about the discount, this is about buying a product brand name product like cold steel but getting a used or knock off from this store. Be careful befor you buy from this store. I even bought a walking stick black torn cold steel and the top plastic peice wasn't even set on properly.

I ordered a pellet gun off their site and it never came in. So I contacted their customer support and I was told there was a "glitch" in my order and that my payment appears to not have gone through when it fully did. I also emailed them and they were rude to me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. SERIOUSLY.

I bought a tomahawk sheath from them and on receiving it found that it was too small to fit -- the strap wouldn't reach the dome snap, so it was useless. I contacted Camouflage. They suggested that they did fit tight so try to wiggle it on. No luck. Given that, in round numbers, a $5 sheath cost me $15 to ship so I'm in for $20, I asked them to just send me a replacement. They won't do so unless I send the totally useless one back to them first, so now my $5 is costing me $35. And no guarantee the next one will fit! A customer shouldn't bear the cost of a seller's quality problems. Very disappointed. I'm appealing with one last email. I'll update if I get satisfaction. It's too bad. When you're buying on the Internet, sight unseen, you put a lot of trust in the vendor, that he'll do the right thing, esp in Canada where postage is so high.

Update: shortly after posting that, I appealed to them to do the right thing. They said they had checked others in stock and they were fine -- just tight. In other words, they don't accept that mine doesn't fit. Why they think I would want to spend time haggling with them if it did indeed fit is a moot point. After that, they stopped answering emails.

I recently purchased a knife from camouflouge.ca, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. When the knife arrived, it was evident that it had been previously used and returned by another customer. The sealed plastic packaging was already open, and the blade had a noticeable scratch on it. Moreover, there was dirt and gunk in the pivot pin, indicating poor quality control.

To make matters worse, the design of the knife itself is defective. Part of the blade chips permanently because a metal pin inside the handle hits the blade when it is closed. This flaw not only compromises the functionality of the knife but also raises serious safety concerns.

Furthermore, the folding knife's action is extremely stiff, making it hard to open and close manually. Other users have reported similar issues with the knife, including difficulty flicking it open without loosening the pivot to the point of blade wobble, and the liner lock requiring two hands to disengage, making it clumsy and awkward to operate.

What's even more disappointing is the response from camouflouge.ca when I raised these issues. They requested proof with a video, essentially gaslighting me and implying that my concerns were not valid without visual evidence. This lack of customer support and accountability is unacceptable.

In conclusion, I would strongly advise against purchasing from camouflouge.ca. Their sale of used and defective products, coupled with poor customer service, makes them an unreliable and untrustworthy retailer. I urge others to take their business elsewhere to avoid similar disappointing experiences.
