Upon it arriving the other day, I was very impressed with the quality of the product.The size of it and the personalization was on point. I have ordered a few things before this time, always happy when I got them, but this time I ordered 3 men wallets that looks very nice in the web, but very disappointed with the kind of material they're made, they look very cheap, the letters in the message very small, I didn't liked them at all, I don't like to return things but I really want to return this time, I haven't have time to get in touch with customer service yet, but don't order one of this wallets, I was very satisfied with my past orders. Not this time.

Answer: Pat, I'd stop payment right away! I've purchased from Callie 5 times and ever time I've received a confirmation of my order at the time my payment is confirmed. Also, call their customer service number.
Answer: From my experience, it takes 10 days to 2 weeks to get what I've ordered from Callie. They do give an estimate of the time that it takes from the time I place my order to when it gets to my home. This information is on the order that I receive by email after the payment info is confirmed. I think it's because the items sit in customs for awhile
