From Canada, I ordered 4 large ciao bella mugs, all of which arrived in perfect condition the day before expected delivery. The mugs were carefully packaged, each individually. I had to pay no extra charges such as border tax.

The order come in as expected, I changed my mind and sent them an email to return that. I was so surprised when they replied me that there was no need to return the item and they processed a refund for me the item and postage after 2 days!

I ordered a custom shirt (just one) and I recieved it within a few days of ordering. It said 2 weeks or earlier and they shipped it out the very next day. Also I called in to customer service and had a blast with the nice lady on phone. She asked about the funny message on my shirt so I gave her the back story and she was almost peeing herself laughing. The shirt turned out perfect and I know it will be a hit at the party it's for. My son is in the military. He got deployed in April of 2022 and won't return until April of 2023. I bought my first 26 cards on CafePress so I could send him one card every week. I sent an email to CafePress to see if I could get a discount for ordering so many cards at once. I received a very nice email response from a young lady that thanked me for his deployment but also gave me a discount code for the cards. After I sent out the 26 cards I needed more. So I went and made another purchase of 15 more cards. I didn't request a discount I just made the purchase because my son said he loved getting the cards and some of them made him laugh so hard by the pictures or the sayings on the cards. The quality of these cards were above my expectations and the customer service was excellent. I will continue to purchase these cards even when my son returns home. Thank you Cafepress.

I have purchased from CafePress at least 13 times over the years, and I have only ever had one mishap with them. A shirt I ordered had the back picture on both sides. I called up the customer service and explained what happened. They looked it up and said I was right, and that it wasn't supposed to look like that. He immediately sent out the correct version for me, FREE OF CHARGE, and I got to keep the mess up as well. Excellent customer service, and I recommend them to anyone. I don't understand all these other people saying they are horrible about returns and mess ups, because they really aren't.

Got a box with design and word Counselor on it, R was cutoff and told their support team. They immediately gave me full refund with no return req'd! Stuck with it because it's a Christmas present, they were also late delivering. But refunded shipping too!

I have ordered many different items and always received a good quality product. I hadn't ordered in a couple of years, but there were a couple of people on my Christmas list that are hard to buy for. So I ordered two different items a few days into December. I received one, and had forgotten about the other until the week before Christmas. I looked at the email and they showed that both items shipped together. There was no way they both could have fit in the packaging I received. I called customer service in a panic, explained what happened. Without any hesitation she told me she would rush me a new one, and told me to keep the other one if I ever received it. Thankfully this item wasnt personalized, and I got it in time. So to date Cafe press has not let me down.

I needed help with an exchange and cafepress not only responded immediately, but fully refunded my purchase without any hassles and allowed me to keep the product for donation to charity. You can tell a really great seller by how they handle a problem - 5 stars to cafepress.

I ordered a shirt and it was too small, so I called them and they instructed me not to return it and that they would send out a replacement, and they did free of charge. The only thing I didn't like is that they do not send an email order confirmation

I have ordered from this company for several years and have to say they do not disappoint. I do a lot of custom items which can tend to be pricey at low quantities, which can make one nervous when ordering. But have no fear, if you are at all unsatisfied with what you get, they take care of you like champs! So order away, don't delay, cause cafepress will make your day!

I have been using Cafe Press since my son's 2nd birthday! (He will be 7 in Dec.) He loves choosing a new birthday shirt and REALLY? COME ON GUYS... you can't find unique and personalized clothing like this by walking into stores so I am HAPPY to pay extra for shipping! I will keep ordering for him until he tells me to stop and I have slso ordered some of the marvel t-shirts too and love them

I have NEVER had anything lost in the mail and I always try to order early in case there is a priblem with the delivery time process. After the packages go out it is out of Cafe Press's control and it seems like they have taken care of many customers out of the cost of their own money!
