Beware! I got my product delivered (cleaning robot) but it was not moving at all. So I opened a conflict via PayPal and immediately the customer support answered my emails. However they always requested additional info and tried to gain time. So the PayPal conflict was closed and after that there was no response from customer support anymore. You cannot reopen a closed conflict! I paid 150$ to learn this.

They cancelled my order, but did not notify me and did not refund the payment automatically. The given reason for cancellation sounds fabricated.
Same happened to a bunch of mates.
This is an unprofessional onlineshopt, avoid if you don't want to lose money and time. Their mother company tomtop is same - unreliable and bad.
The positive reviews here are most certainly paid for... enough said.

A good website with lots of choices. Customer service is also very effective when you are out of intermediate transport. My issue has been resolved and the product received is compliant. You can go there there are on. It's a very sur to make order.

Brought two Xiaofang Cameras, none of them works!
Contacted the customer service, follow their instructions but never fixed the problems. Finally give up. It is waste time and money!
Search the Xiaofang camera problem through the web, and will find "This product is only used in mainland China"!

Placed order and two weeks later asked if it shipped and was told no so I asked to cancel my order and was then told in the same hour it had shipped so here I am 2 months later with no product and no solution and cant get my money back best they could do was tell me to track down my package myself. Ill be contacting the better business bureau if not resolved in a few days. These people are crooks!

Product arrived 4 weeks late and didnt work. I have sent over a dozen emails and a video of the product, but they are purposely messing me about in the hope I just go away, it wont happen! Dodgy company to be avoided.
