I bought car DVR from them. I received damaged item, it has some dust under its lens. Also it was marked as FullHD 1920x1080 25fps, maximum resolution was 1280x960.
Customer service did not repy. And I had to open paypal dispute. I should return item to seller but shipping would more than 50% value of the camera.

Product didnt work, loose parts inside device and some parts felt off. Asked to send video of how device not working... A lot of emails, no refund, no repairs... Went to local repair shop, they told that part can't be soldered back as part fall of with solderpads... Very unpleasent experience with suport and company. Don't buy from this website or you will have totaly bad experience!

I ordered a xiaomi air 13.3" laptop from Spain at the best price in this moment and 18 days later i received and checked everything was Ok. I´ll include in my list of internet shopping sites.

Ordered a power bank. After a few weeks I asked where it is. Answer: "oh, the parcel was returned. It cannot be shipped to your location" waiting for refund)

I love the high level of customer service. It made changed my mind-set positively towards purchasing online, got my order at the specified and stipulated time.

The delivery process had an issue and the order was never delivered to me.
No proactive contact from CFAGO to tell me that they have an issue.
I contacted the CAFAGO customer service and still waiting for an answer.
Now chasing Cafago to be reimburse and I think I will have to take legal action against them if I want my money back

The company can be good, they offer a lot of cheap stuff, but they pay people 1$ for every positive review you write and send them. So even it could be good, all the reviews can´t be trusted.

Received a digital thermometer as ordered. IT DOESN'T WORK. The reading is 2-4 degrees too low every single time. They won't refund the $. Broken product, poor customer service. BEWARE

Scammers. I bought a 128gb card guaranteed by Cafago and it turned out to be a scam. He opened a claim for Paypal. Now they are sending emails received points for positive votes.

I've already made 2 orders on this site and I have positive experience with this shop. Each of the orders arrived quickly and without problems. I'd recommend! :)
