All dresses are very long. None of the dress descriptions list the lengths, so I'm sure you are very aware that only an extremely tall model can wear these dresses. Yet, upon a return you deduct money from the paid price? It's a scam. If not, then why are none of the lengths listed! I paid $128 plus 10.00 shipping for a dress and received $99.00 refund.

I ha e sent probably 25 emails trying to get my money back from a return and then they finally responded after two weeks or so and gave me a store credit for $103 dollars! Now I have to go back and forth some more to try and get them to credit my card. I will never ever order from

A off the shoulder dress customer service is awful
I ordered two dresses. They did not fit and I immediately returned them and 14 days later I still have no refund. It is infuriating that this business is taking this long to refund my credit card. They don't answer their phones making it difficult to get someone to discuss the matter. Next step is to get my bank to reverse charges. Do not buy from this company.

I have purchased several rompers and one dress, I loved all of them, however the dress with a mesh insert on the sleeves pilled. I called their customer service dept, first of all someone answered! I spoke with a Cameron, she asked me to send her a picture, I did. She agreed to send me a new dress. She was polite, handled my disappointment with concern and made the situation right without having to put me on hold, ask several other managers. This is a great product with beautiful fabric and a great company. I will certainly continue to feel good about purchasing their products.

30 day return no exchange... what a joke. My husband purchased me 2 dresses over $300 worth and we went on vacation for 1 month. I did not like nor have worn the dresses and they wont do anything. No exchange nothing. Poor customer service!
Everthing is too small. Will not return or exchange as I'm outside the 30 day window. Tags still on clothes and cannot budge on return policy. 1st and final order Ever! Poor customer service.
However, they replied quickly to tell me I was out of luck on return / exchange. So, there is that.
I actually like Cabana Life and purchased their products via DIVER's DIRECT. I did have two items I needed to return and exchange. I have yet to speak to a person in customer service or have my calls returned. This started back in April 2022. I had to make two separate returns and have yet to receive a refund or credit. It is beyond ridiculous. Their products are great. I wish I could say the same about their customer service. It's a shame!

I placed an order and received my items which I was impressed with. I did not like one dress and wanted to exchange for a different style the website stated it would be complimentary, how easy! I was then told I would need to pay for a return then place a new order, then email customer service with proof of my new order and THEN I would be refunded my shipping cost and when they received my item then refunded the cost of the additional dress. Customer service was no help and acted like she was doing me a favor when I insisted that she send a complimentary shipping label. The whole process was irritating. Will not order again.
I ordered a dress and returned it to Cabana. I paid Cana a with my debit card They said they paid Amazon pay Why? I don't know. Amazon pay nor Cabana will refund d my money but cabana has the returned item I need my refund They are scammers and so is Amazon pay. I have been trying to get my money since July if 2023 to no avail.
