I would leave no stars if I could. I received a message my package was delivered to the pickup point and it's not there. You cannot get hold of a person to speak to. Their WhatsApp is automated. They are the worst!

There is practically no costumer service. At all. You are waiting for a delivery that has reportedly arrived and the vendor tells you it is to be delivered in the near future. Without a notice of any sort, one morning you receive a phone call. Missed it? Go fish. From now on you have nobody to speak to, while not having a clue regarding your package location and status. Time after time.
The only reason I have messed with them is that they are the default delivery service of TEMU in my country.
This is not a company that try to act properly. This is the sort of company that is making money and maximize profit while it can, untill it can't.

This is not a company you chose to business with, it is one that is chosen for you.
It's hard to tell how many employees they have. When you call the customer service number you are given in the link they send you, it tells you to go to the website, and chat.
That chat is NEVER available, so you send an email, that is never answered!
Courier tried to deliver when the business was closed, but when I told them when business hours were, they tried again to deliver after hours.
