Due to my husband's health issue's we have stayed in the hotel 3 or 4 times...booked over website...rooms very nice and ready for our stay...the staff at front desk to the restaurant to other staff are so helpful and we appreciate the smiles...our days are challenging...some more than others...always makes our day better...they truly do go a long way! Thanks

I was having issues trying to book on line. Edgar was wonderful and was able to take care of my reservation. He was friendly and happy to help. I appreciate how thorough he was. His attention to detail, made check in go very smoothly. The young man who checked us in was equally as helpful (1/29 approx 4:30 pm). You're so fortunate to have these two young men representing you.

I booked a hotel on Sanibel Island, FL about 5 weeks in advance of my stay, paying full price for 4 nights and received a reservation number from Cancelon. Four days before my stay I contacted the hotel directly and they had no record of my reservation. When I contacted Cancelon, the staff reported that there was a problem with the reservation staff and to allow 24- 48 hours to resolve. After 48 hours (2 days before my flight) I was notified by Cancelon that the hotel had "overbooked" me. (In fact it was Cancelon that had overbooked, not the hotel.) I was given two alternatives: accept an alternative hotel that was not on Sanibel Island or any other beach, or get a refund.
