So I have been communicating with you guys almost for six months to get USA passport and drivers license, and it was very smooth, In the beginning I was connecting to John Thompson, and then few months later I was dealing with Peter Spencer, I was emailing you guys back and forth until guys you received first payment on Aug 5th 2021, and then you guys you sent me a photo copy of the documents that you guys already made, and you told me to pay the second installment, so they can move on next step, and they will have my Shipment ready as soon as I pay, And in Aug11th 2021 you guys received the money the guy his name is Peter spencer, and then after that, you guys disappear, there was no response from you guys, in the website in the policy and conditions, "it said, after you finished your order, we will send your documents by via FedEx, or DHL and you will receive your documents in few days " Also, in that website, in the delivery methods, it said, if you lost or damaged or receive the package we will refund your money" therefore I was thinking the website was 100 safe and guarantee but the thing is it wasn't guaranteed and wasn't safe so please if you cannot help me do not scam because it will be hurting other people feelings. Can you please refund me my money? Because this is totally bull$#*! that you got the money and you're on the way, and you guys never responded to my emails after you guys received the money. But you will not run away from me. I wouldn't highly recommend this for anyone because these people are bull$#*! they are not real!
