My daughter and I saw a lifelike looking puppy on buymybestitem.com now know as Espey and it showed a video of a lifelike mechanical puppy running with its owner. Since I cannot have a real puppy since my landlord forbids animals, my daughter decided to buy the King Charles Spaniel. To my surprise, I received a tiny statue, not a mechanical lifelike puppy and it looks nothing like what they showed. I was disappointed if we knew this was coming from China, we never would have ordered it since we were ripped off by another company located in China for a dog bed that I ordered for my daughter's puppy. That company as well, mispresented themselves as a U.S. company. Luckily, I was able to get reimbursed by my bank who went after them. I am so tired of these non-US companies selling products by misrepresentation. PLEASE, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE! There is no way you can get a refund from them as the e-Mail on the site is bogus and there is no phone number or a true Customer Service e-Mail.

I ordered the King Charles Spaniel, against my better judgement!
Nothing arrived for many weeks and then all of a sudden a very small package came containing a tiny little King Charles spaniel, more an ornament than a toy as it doesn't move, doesn't bend but just sits very stiffly doing absolutely nothing!
The adverts of a very cute puppy running, rolling etc are a complete misleading lie - BEWARE and DO NOT BUY!
I had to give the company a star before I could submit this review but actually I would give them NO stars for their deception.
This company is a fraud. What I received I could have bought at dollar tree... Tried contacting them and email is undeliverable. Cannot find... DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
My grandmother ordered a pig and dog that were supposed to be moving and when they arrived they were like the factory rejects. I've been emailing back and forth with the company who insists on giving me a discount in place of a refund. Then told me to return the item i would have to pay $40 to ship it back to them and to just sell them in the states to someone else.
The dog was not in any way realistic or life like as the advertised showed. I paid £30.59 for a toy I could have gotten at a fun fair for £2.00. I'm still trying to get a refund from them. The site should be close down.
This is a scam site, what you see on the site is not what you're getting in the mail. I paid $33.00 for a stuff puppy, a tiny puppy dog that does nothing. I could've gotten one for much cheaper that does something. I was robbed by these thieves, so don't spend anything with them. It's all fraudulent.
This what looks like carnival animal you won is far from what was advertise it looks like a dried up carnival dog I thought it was suppose to look life like. Not even close. Anyone how to get your money back

Ordered a life like puppy dog and received a terrible doll like dog the didnt resemble the photo in any way.
No response from them at all.

Refund policy- what a joke.
I ordered 2 of the Yorkies and I waited 2 months to get the life like Yorkies I expected. I got a used looking old stuffed animal. I hoped for a great surprise and this is what I got I'm very disappointed. I tried emailing them to ask where it was and 1 hour later it tells me there was no address found. I wasted 40.00 dollars for these. It's a scam and I fell for it.
I paid for 2 of your puppies which I thought were lifelike, all the one that I got was a stupid stuffed puppy. Like I said I paid for two and only got one. I expect a full refund, once I get the money I will be more than happy to send your stupid stuffed animal back to you. Do not expect me to trust you to send my refund after I send you the product, You deceived me once I will not let you do it a second time.
People beware, they advertise and show you a puppy chasing a person like it is a real live animal which I was under the impression that it was like a robot dog or at least mechanical and it was not, they deceive you to get your money and then leave you hanging. I believe this is called internet fraud which is a federal offense.
I have asked for a full refund, let us see how legit this company really is.
I ordered the little mechanical dogs they are promoting in gaming sites. $32.83 I received this low quality non mechanical stuffed animal. What a joke! To top it off I should have got 5 pcs and only got 1. I have emailed to get a refund but I don't hold my hopes up. A lesson we'll learned! Never again will I order from these crooks in gaming sites!
"Buy My Best Item" GIVES YOU THE WORST ITEMS! I was absolutely disappointed in the product. The least they could do is add measurements! I was expecting a life size stuffed animal and when I tried emailing them THE EMAIL DIDNT EXIST! Unacceptable. I would 100% not recommend buying from this website. A total lie!
I ordered the pug that cost $30.58. What I got after over 30 days was a ugly cheap goodwill stuffed animal. It looks like it only cost $3.00! When I tried to contact them The email address is not valid and there is no contact numbers for them. I did get a p. O. box for them in Chino California. If you paid by paypal they have a customer service fraud contact number that they can try and help get your money back. I just contacted them so not sure yet how they work.
Don't fall for the cute puppies. They are a complete joke. Nothing remotely like advertised. SCAM!
I waited a month for my life-like husky and got a plain old stuffed carnival toy. Head doesn't even turn. I definitely got scammed.
Paid $42 for two Full sized pets, I received one full sized one and one that can only be described as rubbish and very tiny

I ordered a husky dog a long time ago and received it at long last today. But it's actually just an ordinary little white dog that needs to put battery in and so does it all the time. It can be bought in any toy store Feels really trapped and cheated!
