I ordered a Sony Oled TV at a sale price with coupon code, 4 days later still no shipping, they charged my cc in full, emailed them asked for status, they said I need to call to verify, before they can ship out, called and talked with cs, she told me the order was canceled bc my cc did not go thru, she said now I have to make a new order with no sale price. I contacted my cc company and they said it went thru ok, When I placed order, Chase emailed me and said I just make a purchase online with Buydig for the amount of $.

Ordered and paid for an 83" LG TV. Was to be home delivered within 2 to 10 days. After 16 days and numerous texts, phone calls, emails, no delivery date. They didn't want to cancel the sale even though they breached the contract. Finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Tried to talk a supervisor at customer service but they were always busy. I recommend staying away from this company.
First time I purchased from them. Had them ship a LCD monitor as a Christmas gift. Arrived in perfect shape in record time. No freight charge and about 10 per cent less then others. Looks like they are heavy into cameras. I will use them again.
I ordered a watch from BuyDig on 6/19, and got a confirmation email. On 6/20, I received two emails telling me there was an issue with the credit card, even though I have used that card in many other places. I called customer service, which has a specific menu item for billing issues, which is a pretty big warning sign. They confirmed the billing address and told me I was good to go. On 6/22, the order was canceled with no explanation, but payment is still "pending" on my credit card.
Been a customer for decades back when you had to order over a land line. Always great open box deals and customer service if things don't turn out right,

It has been my experience with BuyDig that they follow through with their customers. I had great communications from their customer service. Good prices too. I received my Sony Bluetooth speaker came in a timely manner and I was pleased by every part of the process.

Item ordered and shipping address provided, confirmed by email from Buydig. Fedex and USPS tracking number shows item not delivered to address provided but dropped somewhere in another zip code. Buydig refuses to replace or refund item, claiming tracking number shows item delivered! Customer service of no use. Thank goodness for Paypal protection otherwise would have been out of pocket. Will never buy from this outfit.
In February I purchased a Microsoft Duo phone from this company. The phone ended up being defective. I bought from this company because they advertised that they are a Microsoft authorized dealer... So upon contacting them about the defective microsoft duo, they initially wrote the following to me: " would you like to keep this item for the nice amount of 75.00?"! A phone that cost 347.00 and is not working. What am I going to do with 75.00?! I obviously declined their "nice" offer. Then they said they couldnt replace it because it was purchased via a 3rd party, (that would be Ebay, even though all their promises are on their ebay page), they said they could only offer a refund. I accepted their limitation and asked them to proceed with the refund.
First it took forever for them to send the return label, and when they got the phone they only refunded half of the total price.
Every time I called to follow up they would use the excuse that the return was outside the return window, it was not! And every time they checked they would see that all was done within the appropriate time frame. Then they
Said that they needed to talk to the manager. Then they tried to say that the phone was in bad shape when they received it. Another made up lie, it was returned in its original packaging same condition as it came to me, without damage. The only problem the phone had was the display was malfunctioning. In the end we never got a call back from anyone about only getting 1/2 our money. Currently Pay Pal has stepped in to dispute the remaining balance.
I am also filing complaint with Ebay directly.

I purchased a Sony a6100 "new - open box".
The description said the box contained all original parts/packaging. New condition.
Waited 8 days after my purchase to receive the device and immediately found that the lens had some kind of residue on it, and worse - at least 4 dead/stuck pixels.
Resetting the device would not fix it. Appears to be a hardware defect or damage... Box flaunts an "inspected by" sticker - Great job team!
After contacting them, the only solution provided was to return it.
I now get to wait another 5 days to simply receive the return shipping label.
Who knows how long it will take to get my money back.
If I wanted to invest in your company, I would have bought stocks, not loaned you $630, interest-free for over 2 weeks.
I am so glad I didn't buy the "15% off, $30 - 3-year warranty" that they were so desperately pushing to me through email. I almost did, and they would have only referred me to Sony if it was within the manufacturer's warranty. (all companies do this, watch out.)

Ordered 75" Samsung The Frame and after the first one shipped was destroyed in transit, received the replacement. Checked it upon arrival and it turns on and looks good. Installed on the wall in our renovated house and it starts off working well but gets into a power cycling on and off making the television unusable. Call Samsung and Buydig where they both blame each other for various issues; Buydig claiming Samsung needs to repair the TV and Samsung telling be that the TV is not under warranty. This process started 11/12/2020 and is still unresolved 3/17/2021. Both companies have failed miserably in their responses and I consider this purchase a total loss at this point after spending 15 hours total time on the telephone trying to get a resolution. Buydig has promised they had contacted Samsung to make things right which was a total lie. Have plenty of emails and recorded phone calls to back up. DO NOT BUY FROM BUYDIG.

My first purchase on buydig is Samsung Q900 soundbar. It was delivered in 2 days - Fast shipping!
The shipment box got damaged (hole) and so the unit also received a noticeable damage. When reached out to BuyDig customer service for return/replacement including the damaged box and produt pictures, I was offered a 10% off to keep the damaged product. I requested to bump up the discount close to 25% due to cosmetic as the unit was working, and it went through multiple reps but no suitable resolution was offered. CS rep Yanill Tajeda deligently looked into this and offered refund that is close to my expectation in timely manner.
The purchase experience is seamless and the customer service member Yanill won me as a repeating customer to BuyDig.

They lied and had it in stock and asked it I wanted it by a certain day but a complete lie. Then after 5-6 days of the admitting they were not in stock I begged then to change it so all those other people were going to also be deceived thinking there items are ready to ship today. All those customers who order through this company will without 1 dough will be lied to and deceived tp.

After I bought the 3 yr warranty for my TV. I never received a detailed email/receipt or any shape of form of verification that my warranty was purchased. In fact, when i reviewed the receipt they emailed me i noticed that they infused the 50 dollar price into the total price of my tv. Which was originally priced at $450 plus $50 for warranty. But the receipt read a $500 TV w/o the proof of my warranty buy. Total scam it seems like. Its been 2 months already and it still hasnt been resolved.

After searching for weeks online and in brick and mortar stores, I found my 65" Samsung 4K tv for the best price anywhere. And it was delivered a week earlier than other resellers could. I will definitely buy from them again!
On March 15 I placed an order on ebay for a turntable. The next day I received a voice mail stating that you needed a physical street address for delivery. I couldn't make out the phone number due to bad service so I went on ebay and sent a message with the correct address. (I'm not sure why the order was allowed to be placed with a POBox if it has to have a physical address to ship.) The day after that I got an email stating the order had been cancelled due to incorrect delivery address. I looked up and found the phone number for customer service and called. I spoke with a very rude man named Greg who stated basically that ebay doesn't update and they never got my message with the corrected address and it was too late to place the order but my money would be returned within the hour and I could reorder. It didn't happen that way at all. I waited 4 days (with a few phone calls to buydig who kept telling me it will go in today) and my money was finally returned. So I went ahead and placed the order again on ebay on Sunday the 19th. Well, so far, 4 days later, that order is just sitting without being shipped! The problem I'm having is that this was supposed to be a birthday present for my son whose birthday is TOMORROW! I have called at least 6 times as well as sent many many emails to get some satisfaction with this but no one seems to care or is taking me seriously. ALL the responses I've received have been so rude and just giving me a runaround. I'm so very disappointed at this point and not sure what to do. Obviously this will not be here by tomorrow even though yesterday when I called I was assured that it was going out yesterday and would be here by Friday. I've never had such frustration with a company in my entire life. It feels unfair and I feel I'm being singled out for some reason and definitely being lied to. At the very least it's not showing very good ethics and responsibility on their part. I just want my son to have a gift on his birthday. Lesson learned buydig... never, never again.

I have been buying on BuyDig for some years. Not exclusively as their inventory is not as vast as the better known competitors in NYC.
The prices are very good and even ground shipping from NJ to NYC is quick and usually is next or 2nd day.
I like that with the camera they offer useful bundles with spare chargers and batteries etc.
No complaints.
Once I needed to return a camera I was not happy with and process was easy.
If I need to buy some photo equipment I always check their site, and if price is right, I buy without worries.
