I had been looking for an affordable electric fat tire for weeks since I decided to commute on a bike. Can't afford anything over 1000 euros, so I bought ENGWE EP2 pro from BBG. Can't believe they offer free shipping. The bike arrived after 4 days, in perfect condition. I'm thinking about getting another one for my wife.

Very efficient delivery

Very efficient delivery and good products. I ordered a 3D printer, it was secure and well packed. I had problem with the auto leveling, customer service helped me out and sent the instruction. Quite satisfied with the purchase, will purchase again.

I purchased a bike from this company, and I must emphasize my deep dissatisfaction with both the product's quality and the customer service I experienced. The quality of the bike was extremely poor. I paid over £1100 for a product that took more than a month to arrive. Once I finally received it and attempted to ride, my tire burst due to improperly constructed spokes in the bike wheel. The screws in the wheel were not concealed correctly, which led to the tube bursting. I documented this issue with both videos and photos, and when I reached out to the company to request a refund, they flat-out denied my request and instead was met with a ludicrous "solution" from the company, suggesting that I should sandpaper the wheels myself, and they would provide new tubes. This response is utterly unacceptable, given the substantial cost of the bike. Never mind the danger associated with this experience.

Despite numerous email exchanges, I have not received a refund, and I am left without a functional bike. The company's complete lack of quality control and customer support is shocking. It is beyond belief that they would expect customers to perform these repairs themselves.

I strongly caution prospective buyers to look elsewhere when considering a bike purchase. The quality of the products from this company is abysmal, and their complete disregard for quality control and customer satisfaction is astounding. I initially attempted to resolve this situation without resorting to a negative review, but the company's lack of responsibility has left me with no other option. I firmly believe that consumers should avoid this company at all costs to prevent the disappointment and money wasting that I have experienced.

Beware they are a scam and THEY DELETE BAD REVIEWS! I ordered the Bezior xF001. When it arrived the front fork was completely crooked, to the point that the wheel couldn't be inserted into it. I emailed them and it took weeks before they sent UPS to come get it. Now it has been 3 weeks since they have received the faulty item and still don't have my refund back, they are not responding AND they have DELETED ALL MY REVIEWS! I will keep posting this if they keep deleting it and until they refund my money.

Finger weg, Händler geht immer gleich vor. Will unendlich viele Bilder und Videos von den Defekten, die er sich gar nicht anschaut (Wetransfer wurde nicht abgerufen). Retournierbar ist die Ware nicht da Karton zu groß für den Versand aus Deutschland! Paypal nimmt sich dem nichts an, da der Kunde es selbst lösen soll! Schaden rund 2.000,- Euro!
