They've been holding my iphone for more than 2 weeks, i can't track my phone and i can't reach anyone from their company. I've traded phone in with other online company and usually i get paid within a week! What takes them so long? What made no one to respond my email & phone calls? I would call it scam till someone reply me! And if i don't hear them soon, i will take legal actions again your company!

I have been trying to contact the company for at least a week to check on my order and they do not answer the phone, respond to emails, or have voicemail. I am concerned this company is not legit so beware.

They have hours posted for your chat, but it's never available. They also have hours posted to call, except that all calls go directly to a full voicemail and get disconnected. I've been trying to reach them for two days and cannot. Terrible customer service.

I recently wanted to sell some of my things but they sent me a box with insufficient postage and they mail service almost charged me 35$ and then they say its a "new service" and that the United States Postal Service is just wrong. When Pressed further and wanted to get a FedEx label they did not respond. So I just decided to keep my things rather than suffering from a scam. Don't use this company ever they are very shady.

The USPS has our account details on file and any difference in postage owed should be debited from our account so shipping remains free to you as the consumer. In the future, if you ever get charged for shipping, simply let us know and we will gladly credit you the reimbursement.
I sent my phone in to sell. After 21 days, I received an email saying that BuyBackWorld reduced my $120 offer to $40 because they said the phone had a cracked screen. The phone was mailed, using their mailing label in its original Apple box, and did NOT have a cracked screen when I mailed it. I have attempted to contact them via Chat during their posted Chat hours and via email to customer support and asked them to file a claim with the USPS if the phone did indeed arrive with a cracked screen, because it was in perfect condition when I sent it. I am not feeling at all confident that I will hear from them before their deadline to accept or decline the offer by 6/3/19. I assume that that is how they get away with this - stall until it's too late.

As it stands, it was found that there is a small crack on the top left corner of the screen. Due to this we sent you a revised offer of $40 for your device. We know we may value devices differently than you that is why we offer hassle free returns in the event of a return circumstance so there is never any risk or obligation when trying out our services. I was initially happy with the website and efficiency of filing a claim. The problem is when it took over two weeks to get paid. No follow up until I had to email to confirm.

Their site states a pretty fast turn around but in reality, it takes much longer. Sent my item almost 2 weeks ago & still waiting for them to review it. It has been there 5 days now.

I was told the phone wouldn't power up. I had used it many times before sending and we I got it back, it powered right up.
I'd previously had sent a phone and the process was outstanding.
