I was informed as to a buy back price if my phone was as I said it was and sure enough I received the amount agreed upon.

9/15/18- Still no response, still no payment. Sure seems like I have been ripped off by BuyBackWorld.

Since your order came when we were transitioning to a new facility in order to better service our customers there was a delay in processing your order. As it stands, on 09/24/2018 your device passed inspection for the Fully Quoted Value of $70 for your device. Your payment was then processed and mailed out to you on 09/25/2018. You should have received your check already but if you have not you can always email Service@buybackworld.com with your Order ID and we'll issue out to you a new check with a tracking number to avoid delivery issues. I sent my apple watch Series 1- original box, excellent condition, no scratches on face, fully functional with power cord and power brick. I was notified on 8/22 they had received it (according to them, opened box, but hadn't yet inspected). On 9/5/18 still waiting. So, I tried email, their non-working "chat" window (you can only leave a message) and I even called (some digging to get a phone number). No responses whatsoever- just silence. What customer service and what is going on with my apple watch.
